The service could not have been better.The friendly environment, the sevice rep(who`s name I can`t remember now) was awesome, and the finished product( my tuxedo) was completed on time and fit like a glove!! I like the style , but i wasnt aware that the material that i purchased was so horrible for suit material. The reason is because you have to keep ironing the suit and still its bad as soon as you sit down on chair or car .

My husband and I got our suits made at Balani in LA. The customer service was great, Derek really took the time to make sure that we got the suit we really wanted. The quality of the suits are amazing! And the price was very reasonable. Im super happy with every aspect of the experience and product. And the fact that Balani takes care of their custom suits for alterations for the life of the suit is very reassuring. I look forward to owning this suit for a very long time. I would recommend Balani custom in a heartbeat.
