What an amazing experience in getting a suit! Now I have been spoiled and have no options but to only wear Balani! Every part of this was incredible and fascinating. Photos of posture while supping a cocktail, thousand of options of material, and expert guidance throughout the process. After a few weeks, it fits impeccably! Thank you! I will be back!

Gabriel was first off, a super cool dude who was very easy to vibe with which is critical when trying to understand someone’s style. He helped me pick all the materials and styles for a shirt surprisingly quickly, we hung out for about ten minutes talking about things I liked and hit the nail on the head when suggesting fabrics. I did ask for a unique style of top stitching which he told me they had not done before so I was excited to give him a new challenge. The shirt came out AWESOME and he told me if I needed to get it retailored in case it didn’t fit exactly as I wanted that I could bring it back and they would take care of me. Very stress free and fun experience, I believe I will only be purchasing custom clothes from now on!

Horrible stitching, did nothing to fix it.

I have a couple important events coming up that i wanted new suits for. I was referred to a competitor and after reading the reviews, i decided to search for my own. I came across BALANI! I read others reviews and searched around the internet to get a feel. All positive so far. So I decided to try them out with my 1st suit, figure if i like them, they will keep my business, and if not, at least it is only one suit.

So i call to make an appointment and they were so accommodating. They got me in right away. This first suit was a challenge because i needed it in 4 weeks. At no point did he promise me i would have it in 4 weeks, he would just tell me he would do his best.

The initial meet and measure. This was as outstanding experience. The time and care Yaneev took to explain the process, the materials, to help guide me with what i was looking for and all the measurements. I left thinking that i defiantly made the correct choice.

4 weeks later...

I get an email asking me when i can come in for the fitting, The hit my rush target date. I am very happy.

Excellent product (6 custom dress shirts) and the salesperson Brandon Bowers was a pleasure to work with on this purchase.

This was my initial purchase. The slacks did not fit comfortably but I was able to send them back and have them altered and they do fit better now. I also purchased 2 shirts that did not fit at all. They were to tight in the chest and underarm areas and I was told that they would be replaced. It's been 2 months since I was told they'd be replaced and I haven't seen a replacement yet. It's disappointing because I liked the fabrics and the representative but the product is not worth the time it has taken to purchase.

I was welcomed, provided with great customer service and given details of my purchase every step of the way. Corrie went out of her way to help each and every time

The quality of fabric is low relative to the price that your paying. They need to get rid of the salespersons and hire more tailors

Being someone that knows nothing about fashion, this was the easiest process and I received an amazing and perfect fitting suit and shirt. From starting out looking at designs and fabrics to a few quick fitting sessions I could not have asked for better service. Definitely a future customer for all my suit needs.
