Balhousie Glazing Ltd Avis

Whole experience was easy from beginning to end. Kept me informed throughout process, patient when had queries, installation went extremely smoothly. Installation team arrived on time, very courteous and very tidy, cleaning everything up when finished. The extras that needed completing where done the following day. Really pleased with finished product and would recommend Balhousie to others. Thank you

Good service from initial consultation to final fitting.
Prompt and attentative fitters who did a good professional job with no mess .
There was a scratch on 1 of the windows but they replaced that in a few days with a new window as they said they would .
The office staff kept me informed on what was happening and when the team of fitters would arrive .
All in all a good service from start to finish by promt and attentive staff.

From beginning to end we had a fantastic experience. Kelly made the whole process hassle free and everyone we dealt with was brilliant. We are delighted with our windows and door.

Excellent service and quality products.
The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left our home spotless. They even took the time to explain how to use the locks and care for the windows. Overall we are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top quality double glazing..

Would highly recommend. I had my windows and roofline done and am delighted. Good advice on what types of windows would suit me best and workmanship was excellent.

All aspects of the job handled efficiently. The installation of nine windows and door were done well in hard weather conditions and everything was left clean and tidy.

Survey was carried out quickly, the price was competitive and the windows installed within the expected time. The workmanship is outstanding.

Great attention to detail.

Great job ! Good windows, competitive price, professional installation!

We had the whole house ( 7 windows, 2 doors ) done over a 3 day period, the work was carried out to a high standard, the guy’s that fitted them were a great bunch, very helpful and pleasant, you can expect a bit of upheaval, at one point we had seven guy’s working in the house but now the fitting is past the house looks absolutely great, would recommend them to anyone.

After contacting Balhousie Glazing about a minor defect on the patio doors they supplied, they immediately agreed to change the glass. Within two weeks, the glass was successfully changed. Excellent service!

We have moved house a lot over the years and have always used Balhousie for our glazing, not always fitted by them as we had a family joiner who got his stuff from them😊. However last 3 houses have been kitted out by Balhousie themselves with no issues. All team members from sales to fitters and admin staff are polite and enthusiastic. Thanks again for another good experience of fitting our windows and external doors.

Ordered a new hallway replacement window. Can't praise this company highly enough from initial contact to fitting of the window each and every person was so helpful and friendly.
I would highly recommend this company.
