Balhousie Glazing Ltd Avis

We are happy with the service from start to finish. Staff are all very friendly and professional. Would I use them again? This is my second time with in a year.

Good product and good job fitting the windows. Any suggestions to remedy fitting issues was dealt with very promptly and with no fuss.

I can't speak more highly of Balhousie! They've been fantastic.
We needed a new door so booked a quote and they come round the house, brought the catalogues and measured up. There was so much choice but after picking the right one for us, needing it to be wheelchair accessible we were excited for the result.

We picked a slam door locking door which has a bar rather than handle and it's made the door so much easier, it arrived earlier than planned so we were offered installation a couple days early which we took up.
The installer came and was really friendly and did a great quality job. He went above and beyond with his work, he even lifted some of the slabs by the door and angled them so they were more accessible for my wives wheelchair making entry from the doorway inside the house smoother, we couldn't have been happier with him.
We came across an issue with opening the door which was no fault of the door but my wives muscle condition made it turning the lock a problem which none of us knew to plan for, so the Balhousie team helped us with options to come up with a solution.

We settled on a product called a Nuki which has just been ordered today and we're excited for the result.

The team has made our homes entry more accessible in many ways now, from lowering our threshold and slabs, to providing a wider to our previous door, to the slam door locking and bar handle, and even now helping us fix our door locking system.

If you're looking for a beautiful and well made door and have any sort of mobility issues, Balhousie have been so helpful and I'm glad we went with them.

Excellent job done thank you very much. Everything left very tidily after work completed and v pleased with our new windows and doors. Would recommend Balhousie to others needing replacement windows.

Recently got two windows replaced with Balhousie who we have previously used for our patio doors. Ordering process was very smooth and didnt take long between ordering and fitting. The windows are very good quality and we are very happy with them. All of the staff we have dealt with from getting a quote to getting them fitted have been very friendly, polite and professional. We would highly recommend Balhousie.

Very professional and very pleasant fitter
No issues at all.

My wife and I recently contacted balhousie glazing when looking for new windows for our home. The team was very friendly and helpful. We know who we will be recommending and using in the future.

Really happy with my new window that's been installed! Great job all round and was also given some helpful information on how to maintain and look after it. Staff were friendly and were happy to answer any questions I had.

Quality windows and roofline. Job looks great.

Pleasant considerate crew and salesperson. Cleared up every night.

Good communication from office.

Fixed snagging immediately with no quibble.

I love my new windows and door. I live next to an extremely busy, loud road and the sound difference is amazing! Let alone the noise reduction, I’m really please with the quality and how they look and improve my home.
The team were brilliant, including the admin staff. Very informative, polite, respectful to my property and friendly. They made sure everything was finished to a first class finish and tidied absolutely everything away once they had finished.
I would highly recommend Balhousie Glazing Ltd!

Price was competitive and as a returning customer we knew the standard of workmanship was very good. Delivery date of windows and door was good considering we ordered just prior to the Xmas holiday period. We were kept informed of delivery and installation date. Fitters arrived on time and although the job was scheduled to take 2 days the installation was completed in one which was greatly appreciated as Storm Eowyn was due to hit on the second day. Fitters pointed out a small defect in one of the hopper windows and had contacted their head office to organise a replacement. This repair was completed with 10 days (reasonable time to have new unit manufactured) and only took 30 minutes to replace the chipped glass unit. At all times care was taken not to damage any furniture or carpets etc. If we were to have any future double glazing work done we would certainly contact this company as a first call. Very satisfied customer.😁

Ben was very helpfull resolving a small issue the very next day .

Very pleased with the finished doors

Installation of windows. The two male glaziers were excellent in every respect. Very respectful of furnishings, and flooring. Helpful and very good at their job. A superb team or pairing. Thank you, for another job, well done.

Chaps were on time to start as arranged. They were professional in all aspects, removing old window, fitting new window, cleaning up all areas after completing the work.
Very pleasant and I am thrilled with the window

Balhousie Glazing recently installed a full set of double-glazed windows and outside doors for us. From start to finish we were delighted with the service and products delivered. The estimating process was easy and they stuck to the promised schedule, ensuring that all the work was completed before the Christmas holidays to the agreed cost. The workmen were friendly and communicative, explaining their intentions each day. They ensured there was minimal disruption and cleaned up before they left each day. I chose this company because they were a Which? Trusted Trader and they lived up to their reputation. I was very happy to use a local company that is employee-owned, and their values as a company you can trust were fully exhibited throughout the process. Thanks a lot to Balhousie for providing a top-notch product, service and customer experience. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

great experience and service throughout from initial contact to fitting of windows completed.communication throughout was excellent and the installation team arrived on time, worked hard, and left the house very tidy. very happy with the windows and would recommend Balhousie glazing to anyone looking for top quality double glazing.

Job completed to my satisfaction.
All went to plan, and windows have been admired by all
the neighbours.

Fabulous company, kept you up to date. Any queeries were dealt with straight away they were right out. Had a slight leak it was only where they needed to adjust and open valve as was not opened properly to let any water out the window frame which is
just normal . 2 second job and it was fine. They explained everything as
they worked. Answered any questions very approachable, great advice given and cleaned up behind them everytime they finished a job, which was a great bonus and great manners. Never stopped working, very professional . Windows x 9 in and what a fantastic job they have
made. Windows and doors lovely great quality and I would 100% reccommend them. Great job guys. Stuart and team thankyou great finish. XxX
I was scared to choose a reputable company and im glad i chose them hope this eases other peoples mind.
