I purchased a coat from this store and was unexpectedly charged an additional £9 for a “Gel de Douche” that I never added to my cart or intended to buy.

This item appears to have been added automatically without my consent, which feels misleading and extremely disappointing. I only wanted the coat, and discovering an extra charge after checkout has completely ruined what should have been a straightforward purchase.

I have requested an immediate refund for the item I did not order and realised there’s only an email and no phone number to reach out to.

This kind of practice seriously damages trust, and I would not be purchasing again from this store. Horrible.

Beautifully made, distinctive, classic and stylish clothes. I have recently ‘found’ Balibaris and it’s fast becoming my favourite clothing brand.

The brand itself is amazing, great quality clothing. Just don't order online, go to to their great branches in London instead.

Unfortunately, because goods are sent from France (at the time of writing) when ordering on the website, there's a 30% customs charge slapped on by the UK state. It's even worse if you have to return items. It's not the brand's fault, but it defeats their online UK business.
