I lost one of my earrings .I contacted the company through their website and they responded promptly. A few days later a new earring arrived free of charge.
Will definitely buy from them again and will recommend to all my friends!

Great brand
I am obsessed with this brand!!! Discovered at the curated store and kept returning to buy more. Stunning unique pieces, good value - doesn’t tarnish like a lot of expensive brands do!! Also looks a lot more expensive that they are!! Very practical, lightweight and versatile you can keep items on all day without feeling like you are wearing lots of jewellery. Great customer service and follow up also. Highly recommend- can’t get enough!!

I’ve been wearing my Moon & Stars earrings everyday since I got them in February!
They’re so comfortable, stylish and I get so many compliments on them.
I will definitely be buying more from Ballinger in the future, I’m desperate for the e matching ring!
