I am so so disappointed in tye service this year. I ordered balloon for delivery on the 19th. It was dispatched on the 17th and only arrived two days ago and as you can see it is already deflating

Disappointed
When box opened only one number was okay the other had not inflated box had large hole in as if a forklift had gone through it.

Balloon failed to deliver on my chosen day (which I paid more for). More the fault of the courier bit ultimately disappointing it didn’t arrive on the recipient’s actual birthday

I paid for nominated day delivery and…
I paid for nominated day delivery and the balloon did not arrive until the next day. Delivery cost was refunded but the moment was past by then so was a complete waste.
I won’t use them again as it’s just not reliable.

Ordered and paid for an extra balloon…
Ordered and paid for an extra balloon but only received one. I originally gave this a one star as I was so disappointed. However, the company then pointed out it was human error and are refunding the difference.
