Fantastic company
Fantastic company. There was an issue with the balloon I had ordered they picked up in the issue before dispatch. Got in touch with and sorted it all out no problem.
Gorgeous balloons and they are huge!

Product good, delivery appalling
Balloons somehow survived being delivered two days earlier than requested to an empty house and left outside during Storm Eowyn. That did not make up for the surprise on my wife's 40th being completely ruined as we arrived home to a sodden cardboard box on the doorstep. DPD the delivery company, despite box being clearly marked for Monday delivery. Not impressed at all.

As you have noted, we did specifically arrange a Monday delivery as per the delivery date selected with your order so we can only apologise. On this occasion it looks as though the courier has acted a little too efficiently, we will be following this up with them as we know that you specifically chose and paid for delivery on a certain date.
We hope that despite the gift arriving early that they were enjoyed and that your wife enjoyed her birthday.

Birthday Surprise
We were staying at a lodge and I wanted a surprise for my wife's birthday. The site suggested your website. There was a good choice on your website, easy to use. Delivered on time to the lodge. Opening the box for the balloon to come out is a fun way to surprise. Even the interior of the box was decorated. Very pleased with the service.

in general it was ok, but unfortunately the air in the balloons goes out quickly. And it's a pity that you can no longer track the exact route of the courier (as it used to be)

We are very sorry to hear that your balloon didn't arrive in the condition that it should have. We ensure that all balloons are in perfect condition before leaving our studios, but unfortunately due to the nature of helium balloons they can very occasionally become damaged or deflate during transit so we're very sorry about this.

Cured my niblet's tonsillitis
Cured my niblet's tonsillitis I'm sure of it. Ordered a get well soon balloon and it made them smile for the first time since they got sick, and it was all up hill afterwards. Sure the antibiotics might have played a part, but I'm sure it's the balloon I sent. 😉
