Delivered late
Product was fine but delivery was late. [Update] balloon box informed me it sas delivered on time it must have been an issue with the team that received the delivery.

We always leave our balloon gifts inflated in our studio for at least 2 hours to check for any potential slow leaks. The balloon that you selected was the last of that particular design that we had in stock and unfortunately it had began to deflate in this time.
Our decorating team will always take care to choose an alternative balloon that is as close as possible to the balloon originally chosen if we are unable to contact you to discuss your preferences.

You Don't Get What You Order
Ordered a balloon for my daughters 21st birthday from this company and wish I'd chosen a difference company now. All of my colour choices were ignored (I ordered lilac and purple and was sent grey and pink) Also missing was the confetti, the tissue and the cellaphane! It was literally just a balloon with grey ribbon and a pink weight in a box. Their excuse was that these items are free but with the price they charge you would not buy without these extras. They are essentials to the product, the sweets/chocs are a a welcome freebie/additon though. I was offered a £2 refund but am still very disappointed with their product, their presentation and their customer service.
I really would suggest you use Balloon Monkey instead. I so wish I had

We are very sorry to receive this feedback from your recent order with us.
We allow customers to select the colour of their ribbon and tissue paper but do reserve the right to substitute these if the chosen colour is out of stock.
It was very disappointing for us to hear that some of the "in the box extras" were missing from your order. Unfortunately this was a case of human error and as discussed we have raised this with our decorating team to put a procedure in place to ensure that this does not happen again.
We always take time and care to ensure that our balloons look their very best as we want every recipient to love their gift. We are sorry that you were unhappy with the presentation of your balloon and with the service that you had received. We had responded to your email within 2 hours and offered a partial refund by way of an apology.

Mostly good, delivered on time. Choc pizza well received! Disappointing that there was no sparkly confetti/ sprinkles in the box with the balloon- other companies do this and it is a lovely sparkly surprise when the box is opened.
