I downloaded the app this Friday (march 13th) to take advantage of a bonus offer but after loosing my $10 instead of crediting my account with $50 in bonus bets you guys locked my account and out main cool off period for no apparent reason!!! Please advise or I will have to pursue legal action.And

It takes one second to make a deposit, and takes forever to get a withdrawal. They have no business in the live casino in Atlantic City. They definitely will be going out of business soon. Horrible place to gamble inside or online.

Worst experience ever, being directed to submit bets again after the first one actually went through so they can whack ya twice. Here’s a little sneak preview, placed one $250 wager on a tennis match. I submit the slip and it comes back unable to submit, technical issues on there end. Try again in a moment. Well wtf is a moment? I figure a moment is approximately the time it took me to read the alert. So I click it again. Boom it’s in! But it’s in twice, same exact wager with a time stamp apparently 6 seconds apart. (Go figure). So here’s where the real fuckery begins, I reach out to customer service, they seem legit, about customer service and the glitch that happens on their platform. Bally’s appears to be scamming new customers, did not credit bonus bets advertised for new customer welcome. Took several days to approve a $15 withdrawal. I’ve used most of the others and never had issues like this before. Only possible conclusion: Ballys sucks!

Deposited $20 and placed the required $20 wager for Bally Bet’s promo that advertises bonus bets after the qualifying wager settles. My wager settled over 48 hours ago and I still have no bonus bets.

This feels misleading and like a bait-and-switch promotion. Support has not resolved it. Until they honor promos reliably, I recommend staying away.

Never use casinos or contacted this company but they send me intrusive texts every other day. I block the number each time but they use a new number with each text.
