Only use Monopoly Casino every now and again. Happened to win £100 tried to withdraw this, was asked to verify my account after querying about the funds not reaching my bank account, to which I did. But now my account has been suspended permanently? And for what I do not know? And the money still hasn’t gone into my account. DO NOT USE MONOPOLY CASINO!!

I used there app periodically for a few months seemed okay. Than all of sudden they asked for a second I'd review i sent in my ID and thats not good enough anymore and they said they are keeping my money because I don't have more id than my valid Drivers License. Trash trash trash do not trust

When I tried to withdraw for the first time I was asked to complete the enhanced verification process. They want a selfie in front of my house, showing the house number, showing my ID and the door number. ADDITIONALLY, they want a picture of my bank card and a picture of a letter from the Government.

Highly highly intrusive and inappropriate.

I contacted customer services and was told there is no alternative option for proving my identity in a safe way.
