I signed up to their site using their welcome offer. I happened to win around £50 on this. Upon trying to withdraw this, my account was suspended. I was then asked for ID several times all of which I provided. They then came back after several weeks to reveal my account was closed down and I wouldn't receive my money or deposit back. What is the point in offering a welcome bonus if you just block everyone's account if they win? I staked £10 of my money which could have all been lost as well as the spins. I contacted them asking to make an official complaint to which they requested the exact same ID and photo outside my house?? even though they never explained why the original ID wasn't acceptable. Account closed under a blanket mention of their ts & cs. I will still be pursuing a complaint with the company and an independent party. Absolute con artists.

Last night, after looking at a website for "free promotions", I looked into this one, signed up with little to no verification in sight, deposited £10 and played a bit to get 30 Spins. Withdrew what I won, which I recall was about £30, and went to bed.

Then I woke up to 3 emails, all telling me to complete an "enhanced verification process", which clearly states to send a photographic ID, your face, a piece of paper with the date written on it (presumably with an ink-based pen, so it looks visible) and worse still, to take the photo outside of your house with your house number visible.

In my view, with all the issues regarding digital ID and age verification, I don't feel comfortable sharing images of my house to a third party, let alone having to do so under the pretence of getting my £30 back. I'm fine with sharing my personal information to a gambling company, because that's the law and all casino/bingo sites have to do this procedure. But no other gambling website, to my knowledge, requires customers to literally take a picture of their house, at most they accept the proof of address, which is usually found on a utility bill or bank statement, and an ID, usually a drivers license or passport.

These people are crooks. Do not deposit a penny into their scam betting company. Last week i made an account and made a deposit. After a couple of bets, i then decided to withdraw the funds. I didn't hear anything from them this whole time for a week so i was assuming the funds were on their way. After a week and still nothing, i finally decided to login to my account and see what was going on. The withdrawal was still stuck on "requested" and the withdrawal progress bar was stuck on the first of of three bars, so i ended up contacting their customer support and was told that i had to send them a bank statement of the account i used to make the deposit. That alone is ridiculous and i have never been asked to do that by any other betting company. What made it worse however, is they didn't tell me i had to do that throughout the whole time period i thought the money was making it's way to my bank account. I think they are crooks and do it hoping that people give up and don't withdraw their funds (especially if the withdrawal amount is low), so they can keep the funds and if someone insists on getting their money back, they get to keep the money for a lot longer in a bank account collecting interest for themselves. That's just my theory, it could be wrong but either way, them doing what they did to me is unacceptable and shouldn't be allowed by the gambling commission

Rip off app never wins, don’t waste you money and use an app that well known.

They claim card withdrawals take between 15 mins - 4 hours and every withdrawal i have made has taken 4 hours. The 15 min withdrawal advertised is just an outright lie.
