Beautiful samples. We had a consultation with a very competent technical expert who has been of great help

Requested samples which I've now received. Yet to decide what floor finish I want. The service provided is great.

Really pleased with Bamboo family floors - they were so easy, I had a serious Illness in the middle of agreeing this job, so everything got very delayed. But they were brilliant & incredibly understanding - and the price stayed the same over 18 months! The floor, which is a mix of bamboo & stone, as promised, is ultra hard - we have dogs, and we’re placing across 2 rooms & a conservatory which has high temperature changes, so most laminate or wood flooring would not like wet shoes & would be shrinking as it got colder. Despite its toughness it is kind & warm underfoot. It has turned out to be as good & as scratch proof as they said it would be. It is very reasonable price - and though not looking quite like timber, it does look like the very best laminated flooring. The very clever colouring & styling means at first glance visitors assume it is wood. The fitter Joe was just so helpful & it was a pleasure having him working in the house. He was here for a week. It was 2 days levelling our Victorian floors, then 4 days fitting. We just couldn’t fault him - his work is spot on, and his attitude just right. A pleasure to work with Bamboo Famoly

Searched high and low for a flooring product I wanted to use in my new bathroom. Settled on the 100% waterproof Bamboo click flooring. Fabulous quality product. Few issues with the delivery courier but cannot fault Bamboo family at all, excellent customer service and excellent product. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend. Thank you Lily and the team!

Can not praise them enough. Fabulous service from start to finish. Attention to detail second to none. If you want a professional job where you can relax in the knowledge of every single thing will be taken care of then look no further you have just found them.

Lovely products and great customer service, many thanks!

Very responsive to queries and quotations. We haven't yet ordered, as our new house is not yet built, but we expect to do so later this year!

Have only ordered some samples, so far, which arrived in due time and appear of good quality. Received a number of follow up communications and additional information. Have got an impression that the company are honestly trying to do their best.

Requested samples which arrived promptly.

Highly recommend this family business. Samples arrived really quickly, great customer service, friendly professional installer (Jo) and good honest service provided throughout. My floor looks fab and couldn’t have hoped for a better looking floor which should last decades. Thanks to Jo and your team for doing a great job!

I can highly recommend this company from initial request for samples, design and measurements to supply and installation they have been superb, and very understanding of my reasons for purchase and my needs.
It was fitted in 3 days by your recommended installer who was really helpful and ensured that we were happy before leaving, he is a credit to your company.
The end result is better than we could have ever hoped for my wife loves it and has been trying out her powerchair on it, and is now wizzing around like a formula 1 pro!!
I find it Very easy to clean with a quick sweep daily and a weekly clean with a bissel hard floor cleaner just to remove any marks and bacteria from my 2 little dogs.
Even the dogs are getting used to it and seem to enjoy ruining and jumping onto their beds and sliding across the floor !!!
So to sum up all round a great purchase from a caring family firm Thank You.

Fantastic service and a brilliant product. It is so easy to maintain and is suitable for everywhere including the kitchen. The service from order to fitting has been exceptional and I would recommend without hesitation.

Really lovely company very personal approach, happily answered all questions and the flooring is beautiful, my floor fitter who is a family friend said it was lovely to work with and quick to get down compared with other similar flooring he’s done.

Excellent service through our floor project. Quality of flooring is brilliant and looks superb. We were complimented on our floor by relatives who are actually going to order some from this company.

Great quality and looks terrific, love it!

Delighted with our bamboo floor from Bamboo Family. It looks lovely and has now been down for 4 months and we have no issues at all. Joe was friendly and professional, taking time to get it right. Lily and David were efficient and helpful on email. Thank you again. I would recommend them to anyone.

SPC flooring supplied by Bamboo flooring is fantastic. I can highly recommend it. I wish it was available years ago when I was fitting laminate around the house. SPC is far better than laminate, lovely flat water proof floor ( great when you have dog). Also clips together better than laminate. Only minor issue was the recommended Scotia trim supplied by Bamboo flooring could have been a better match to the floor.

We have just finished a bamboo floor in our main living area. We are both, myself and my husband really pleased with the finished results. We chose a smoked bamboo with Matt finish and none slip finish.

Absolutely fantastic flooring. Ordered some samples and was amazed at the quality. We decided on the flooring and booked an appointment with 1 of there fitters for a consultation who was and has been brilliant. The whole experience from start to finish has been exceptional and our new floor looks amazing we are extremely pleased with it and would 100% recommend

A while ago I ordered some samples from this company in order to make an assignment for class. Not only the quality of their products is amazing but their customer service is brilliant too!
I’m looking forward to use their products in the future.
