We had the brandy wine floor fitted throughout our top floor. It looks so elegant, clean and the type of floor you would find in a luxury exotic hotel. The fact that it is sustainable makes it even more attractive.
The floor was easy to fit, it came perfectly packaged with no damage whatsoever.
The customer service from David and his team was superb and they made sure the delivery ran smoothly. The advice given pre-sales was very accurate too.

True family business, with excellent customer service, nothing is too much trouble for this company, they offered advice on products and assisted with measuring, no question was a stupid one, and believe me I asked them 🤣. Samples of flooring provided to help you choose, ordering is easy, delivery was within three days. Unfortunately one pack was damaged this was exchanged the same day. Flooring is the best I have seen.
If you are looking for new flooring choose these guys you won’t be disappointed

We bought 14 packs of ‘brandy wine’ click profile bamboo flooring. The delivery was delayed due to port congestion, but I received 2 emails from the company to update me on progress which was reassuring and helpful. The packs arrived on 2 stacked pallets and I had to help the driver push them from the back of the lorry lift to my front door. The driver then left telling me that if there were any problems that he couldn’t take anything back. This was a little worrying as I was told by the company to check the delivery carefully and note down any issues on the delivery note. There was no delivery note. Each pack weighed 24kgs so it was quite an effort to get them all indoors before it rained.
The floorboards themselves were in good condition. They come packed back to back and are quite carefully wrapped inside the cardboard boxes. We found about 6 boards which had damaged ends and a few had scratches on them.
Our biggest disappointment was with the surface texture of the boards. In addition to the beautiful natural looking ‘distressed’ finish (the boards are beautifully smooth but have a weathered appearance) it looks as if the boards have been heavily scratched to give a more rough look, like a cat has scratched them. This wouldn’t have been a problem if the scratches were random or on 1 in 4/5 boards, but they’re quite regular and 2 or 3 on every board - not however on the sample we were sent - and made laying them quite tricky to make sure they weren’t lined up.
Overall we are pleased with the service and the general quality of the boards. I wish the sample had shown the regularity of the scratched texture.
