Very easy recipes to make nice clear simple instructions can't fault them delivery was slow but I put that down to the appalling post service

I have bought two mixed boxes from Bang curry now. We used the first box and was amazed by the Tarka Dahl and Bhaji kits. The curries were all very flavoursome and enjoyed by the whole family.
When we had used the first lot we didn't replace them, we tried some jar sauces and then a friends recipe book but nothing hits the flavours like these kits.
It's not complicated, they all start the same way with some grated garlic, ginger and onions. They can be as saucy or dry as you like, add cream or tomatoes to your own taste. But take the time to let it simmer down and try not to rush it.

Since I found the Bang curry spice kits, I use no other and have bought them several times. All are delicious and easy to use as are the recipes in their vegan cookery book which I am using to plan a special meal for some friends whose wedding I was unable to attend. They are both vegan; I am a meat eater so need help to serve a tasty plant based feast.
I love the backstory to the company too and wish them all good luck.

This was about my 5th order.....Bang Curry is fantastic....simple, tasty and so authentic....I rarely buy an Indian takeaway now as I would rather cook a Bang Curry at home..it better!...the recipe book is very useful....love Bang Curry 😋

Ordering from the US I anticipated a delay in shipping. My package came much quicker than expected, much to my delight. We tried our first curry this evening and are overjoyed at the ease and flavor of the packets. Living in a very rural area, going out for curry is not an option but this lets us enjoy it at home!
