Excellent service from a lender who wants to find a solution!
Outstanding experience from start to finish. The speed at which the application was assessed and actioned was impressive, without any loss of commercial common sense along the way.
Alicia in particular was exceptional. She was proactive, responsive, and clearly understands how to get deals done in the real world. Not only did she provide a fantastic overall analysis, she also genuinely wanted to see the deal settled - and on top of that was just an absolute sweetheart. #giveAliciaaraise. What an asset to the team! The whole process was efficient, pragmatic, and...well...pleasant, which can be rare in today's lending environment.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lender that moves quickly and thinks commercially.

We needed funding in a short period of…
We needed funding in a short period of time…. They made it clear what they required. We got the funding in 5 days…. Also 8% cheaper than others. The big banks are terrible they love you when you don’t need them…. When you need them they don’t want nothing to do with you after 16 years! The rates slightly higher then banks but it was fast efficient
