Looks like scam after all
Service recently declared that all accounts have been blocked because of suspension by VISA, the only reply you'll get is autoreply about the issue. However USDT has nothing to do with it and I can see your funds ~135K USDT has recently been moved from a receiving account to somewhere else. This all looks too fishy.

Not good idea for the banking instrument to steal money from customers... Recently I received a message:

Today we’ve received a letter from Visa and Stripe that Bankoff Card services have been suspended due to the high volume of active users and transactions from Russia. It means our cards are no longer supported for any offline and online payments.
As we are currently trying to access funds that have been frozen in our USA account please be informed that we’re doing our best to resolve this issue.
