My account have been frozen with all my funds ($155).

Bot just wrote:
"As we are currently trying to access funds that have been frozen in our USA account please be informed that we’re doing our best to resolve this issue."

They are disconnected me from the bot menu and I even can't create a ticket.

SCAMMERS! those people are scammers they run out with my $200 (USDT)

Today i got an email with info about suspending services. At the same time, Bankoff withdrew the funds of their wallets in advance, this can be seen in the blockchain records. That is, knowing about the problems, they did not provide any opportunity to withdraw funds, but simply sent to suck balls everyone and appropriated the money for themselves. Loosed about 500 usd, not much, but very annoying.

First i wait for more than a week for account replenishment. Today they just frozen my money due to the "high volume of active users and transactions from Russia." Actually stole my money

I haven't got any reply from the support for almost 5 days at the moment though expected to have it in 24 hours. They don't deliver receits by default so you can't prove your payment at the customs, for example.

This is not the first time people has been scam, either through online or offline. One thing I want you guys to know is that, bankoff has been planning for all this scaming activity for very long time.
When they were still working fine, they uses that to attract people so that they can fall victim. Their actions has already points them out to be a scammer

1) anytime you topup your account. They always want you to rate them at trustpilot.
They knew that when they have a good rating at trustpilot or any other social media. It will be easy for victims to fall in.

2) their mode of operations is anonymous.
No financial institutional companies would like to operate anonymously. Bankoff choose to follow this root, in order to spoof their identity.

3) bankoff is not regulated
Every financial institutional companies has some rules that guides them from the governments. But bankoff can't provide what regulation they operate in and their registration code

4) bankoff use address that does not belong to them.
The company address you see on bankoff page which is (2140 S Dupont Hwy. Camden, DE, 19934) does not belong to bankoff.
That address has been use by a lot of companies. E.g (dogpawty.com use the same address and others)

5) bankoff uses another company API to complete customers transactions.
Bankoff does not have is own API or gateway to complete customers transactions. That why they use Stripe API.

Bankoff is nothing than a bunch of scammer.
Now, their name has come to fulfillment which is (backoff not bankoff again)

It's a pure scam.

After stealing all your money they made up a fictitious excuse that it's not them who stole the money, it's VISA payment system.

1. They didn't provide any evidence that VISA blocked their cards (but they claim that it did without any proof).

2. There is no official statement from VISA payment system regarding this issue.

3. Other people continue using Bankoff cards without any problems (meaning they lied that VISA blocked their cards).

4. Their website continues to operate as usual without any warnings.

It proves that they are just a pure scam. They just stole money from a specific cohort of juicy clients.

Thanks VISA & Stripe to ban it. This service in 96% used only to bypass WW sanctions by russian customers

This service stole my money. Support is not responding.
At one point, my card stopped working, bankoff refers to the fact that visa stopped working cards. But bankoff doesn't return my money back!

Beware, bankoff are scammers,they have hold my usdt for the past one month's now,I have write support countless time but they are not responding and now they sent message that their services has been suspended.....they are big time scammers. Others should learn and stop using their services if you don't want to loose your money

Until May 3 (24 of April) , you declined the withdrawal of USDt from my account. I wrote a support request to clarify the reason, but they wrote to me that the wallet address is incorrect, which is not true. So, before May 3, have you already preferred not to withdraw clients' money?
