It is scam. Bankoff sent an email that it a service was suspended due to many transactions in Russia. I don't know how it concern my card, as it was registered on Hungarian mobile and used in US and EU. Meanwhile three of my friend continue to use bankoff. Their cards work. It only means that Bankoff has stolen my money.

Why there is no information on the official website of bankoff.co that the service died and stole customers' money

I have withdraw USD 88 to my wallet is about 3 days now it doesn't arrive. This is bad platform

But right now all my money is frozen and bot replies with fixed message:

Bankoff customer service is the worst customer service ever, I sent an invoice to my friend to pay me, which she did, but the money is yet to arrive at my account since 29th of April, and I've contacted their support since April 29th about this issue, they've not replied me since 4days now. Bankoff customer support is the very worst of it all.

Hello. I would like to know if there is an approximate time frame for solving the problem? Will your service still work again, or will you only provide the opportunity to withdraw funds from your account? Approximate timing? 1 week, 1 month, 6 months? How long can this last? I would like to hear your opinion about the approximate timing, since I have not a small amount of money left in my account.

I recently wrote a good review about bankoff for their quicker response in payment delivery but recently, I'm having difficulties with my transactions. How can you be pending my transactions for good three days with no response from you? I wrote mail, support centre, but no single response. Infact international transaction doesn't take much time like this. I don't trust this people no more.

They froze the money in my account for no reason and do not want to return it. Ordinary thieves.

I was trying to top-up my bankoff card on April 21, after a few minutes I received an email saying I had to confirm the transaction by attaching a photo of my bank card and a receipt from my bank which card I used to top-up, or the transaction will be cancelled in 48 hours.

I could not confirm the transaction because the card does not exist in plastic so I decided to wait for 48 hours so (as they promised) my money are back on my bank account.

Today is May 3 and I still don't have access to my money. The support does not answer, neither my emails nor via their telegram bot.

In my eyes they look like absolute scammers trying to silently run away with my money!

I got the message that bankoff funds has been frozen due to the use of their cards with russia users and i deposited this morning would be glad if the payment i made is cancelled and return back to my card
