You blasted me with emails before showing me true rates. Nearly all the rates were fake and involved many upfront costs

I used to be able to go on this site and just compare rates and closing costs. Now you must include a verified phone number and the phone solicitors start blowing up your phone the second it is verified.

Using bankrate was an easy way to get top lenders with competitive rates in one spot. As soon as I applied I had a lender reach out. All 3 lenders reached out within a few hours.

Waste of time. I put my current apr and I got leads from lenders higher. I should have been stopped before exposing myself to the myriad of calls

Not seeing a single quote
I was led to believe that lenders would send me at least a preliminary quote based on all the key information I provided. Not a single lender did that. They insisted on additional information or on talking to me; something I wanted to avoid before seeing a quote.
