It was exactly the design I expected…
It was exactly the design I expected and delivery was quick. What I was not expecting was for it to be a mesh fabric so the colors wash out when it is hanging. I thought it would be a solid fabric material.

This is not what my mockup looked like
This is not what my mock up image looked like when I designed it on the computer. My logo is skewed and oblong instead of round. The picture itself is good but my logo image is wrong. How is it that only my logo is miss shaped? I will not use this company again or recommend you.

I called to verify that the uploaded artwork was centered correctly on the banner before it was sent to fabrication. It took a long time for the artwork to lead on the back end, but happy to relay that the finished product does look good on the proof. Will get back to you once we receive the finished product.

You shipped my order with "Overnight…
You shipped my order with "Overnight Saver" not overnight rush. The banners didnt show up until night time when our event was already taking place and I never even got to use them.

I paid extra for a rush order that did not arrive when it was supposed to
I paid extra for a rush order, for the order to arrive by Friday, October 2. The order is not scheduled to arrive till Tuesday, October 6. Had I not given 1 extra week for these to be produced this would have been disastrous. I would like at least my rush order extra cost to be returned!
