Excellent product
Excellent product. It worked right out of the box, and I was then able to easily program with my own code using the Arduino IDE, and added a datalogger shield with no issues.
Highly highly recommended.

I'm very sorry your order has not arrived, shipping times are being affected by the current Covid situation. I've have replied to your email also, I'm sure we can get to the bottom of this or send a replacement.
The product is good but a little overpriced
The product is good but a little overpriced for what you get. I brought it as a present and recipient loved it. It’s said that it would only take 1-2 day to deliver and I receive mine after 4 days which was disappointing however I was expecting delays due to corona anyway so probably could not be helped. Overall I am pleased with the product and would recommend it for others

Fun Projects!
I purchased the Electric Paint Circuit Kit and the Electric Paint Lamp Kit to use as projects for my kids during the COVID-19 shutdown. Everything works as advertised and they are happy with the Kits. FYI... US Customs opened the shipping box and the content boxes; probably just a random search. :-)

Poor Delivery Time, Worse Customer Service
Since my order on April 6th, the items have not arrived.
Not only that. Customer service provided a lame excuse:
Our policy for Standard Shipping is to wait the quoted shipping time + 10 working days to see if it arrives.
How did 10 extra days get added?
Will not order again if I can avoid it.

We try and offer a wide range of shipping options for our global customers. Unfortunately during the current COVID-19 pandemic some of our shipping services are experiencing extra delays to some destinations.
We are working with our partners to better understand which destinations are most effective and will communicate better during the checkout process.
Our policy to ask you to kindly wait the extra 10 days is listed on our FAQ pages and is only in the unfortunate event that the untrackable shipping service has not arrived within the quoted time. After this time we can investigate with our shipping provider and likely send out a replacement shipment.
