I sent my product back in Oct 2025 cause it didn't work on my dog and never received my refund no matter how many times I wrote that say they check into it get back to me claimed they refund it asking if I could show them it didn't arrive i did that they still would not refund it I'm on ssdi though I give them a chase so I saved for it now out 34.97

Total scam, did not receive the product and no customer support.

Bark button, reg biz, amr global ALL THE SAME COMPANY!! SCAMMERS!! Quick in taking your money - not so quick in returning what they shouldn't have taken in the 1st place

I ordered 1 Bark Button for free and agreed to pay the shipping in December. My card was charged 3x for premium upgrades. I never agreed to any upgrades. I only received 1 Bark Button that doesn't even work on my dog and it's now February. I'm very unhappy and dissatisfied with this company, their product and service. Not a repeat order at all!

If I could give NO stars I would. I ordered ONE item, the freebie, just pay shipping. Everytime I said no to additional offers, the site kept adding them and I couldn’t seem to get it stopped. Now, there’s hundreds of dollars on my PayPal account I can’t get taken off. SHAM COMPANY DONT USE

I only ordered the free item and only agreed to pay the shipping cost but was charged an additional $59.99 for an upgrade I did not authorize. I sent numerous emails with no response. The phone number was invalid. Paypal was not helpful either.

Over a month and a half and never got it! I would give it zero stars due to contacting them for more info and never got it. Glad I used PayPal as they refunded me right away. Guess I am not the only one that had issues.

Would give no stars if I could. Check out was confusing - ended up paying £60+ for something quite simple. Ordered on 11 December and I still don't have it. Was sent a pick up code on Christmas Eve giving me 24 hours to pick up from Collection point and when I got there code did not work. Have since emailed several times to ask for refund or to resend parcel - all have remained unacknowledged and I am no further on than I was over a month ago. Appalling customer service - definitely a scam - deeply regretting being taken in.

I have reached out multiple times to their support email requesting a refund and they have not replied

Can you please explain why there are 2 deductions 1 at £34.99 and another at £32.31. Just cancell everything and full refund to my account.  This is a strange way to do business. First it's free then a total of  £52!!!!

This is a scam. I ordered my product then was told hold on this may not work on big dogs, then another hold for battery.
My 14.99 order is now $165.00
Billing name is wrong.
No phone for Customer service.
No way to correct order.
Only email, which hasn’t been responded to yet.

I would put 0 stars if it let me.

This website has dark patterns to mislead you into unintentionally upgrading.

Only after you buy the first item, it then says "but wait this unit doesnt work on big dogs"

So then you buy the upgrade and only after "but wait there's a battery upgrade "

What a joke. All of the positive reviews on this are fake! The item doesn't work. Its rubbish. I'm struggling to get a refund aswell.

Read this and save yourself time. Its a joke that facebook pushes these ads but of course they would, they're financially incentivised to do so.

They ended up charging me an additional $40 which they don't tell you about until you've placed the order. I managed to get it canceled after about 6 emails, but I'm STILL waiting for my refund. It's been a few weeks. It's hard enough just to get anyone to respond to my emails! Do Not trust this company.

I was VERY skeptical, but it works SO WELL. I don't even have to press the button anymore, I just show it to my dogs and they stop. I got my sister one and she loves it too.

First it says it's an American product but it comes from China. So I don't see how it's American made. Then it was stated that it was shipped 11/30. But I never got a tracking number or any information. I contacted them multiple times and NEVER got a response. I sent emails and even contacted them threw fb no response. I finally got product yesterday but unfortunately because of my experience with them I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Mine was delivered in 7 days as promised. It works AMAZING I don’t even have to use it anymore I just show it to them and they stop. GET ONE NOW

Careful, they give you the thought you are paying for the shipping only its just paying shipping only for the button but then they add on more to the order.
I might have missed something but I don't think so.
