I had the pleasure of communicating with Mr Schiffer. I ordered a deadbolt lock and asked if it could possibly be keyed to a key I was already using. I assumed it could not be done, but somehow, Mr Schiffer made it happen. This was an awesome help to me, but a lot of trouble for him, I am sure. He graciously said he was happy to do it in hopes that it would brighten my day. I wish all businesses operated with this kind of attitude. I plan to give them all of my lock business in the future.

I ordered the material 2 weeks ago and was just notified that UPS couldn't find my address.
I have deliveries almost every week from UPS.
I'm trying to close out a construction project.

Hi Folks… Everyone need to buy lock hardware from Barzel…they are by far the most responsive dealer by leaps and bounds!!! Had a small issue finding the needed lock on the website, I phoned and was prompted to leave a message or for quicker response was advised to send a text. Almost immediately I received a link to purchase the exact item I needed… the entire sale was set up for me! Only had to click on two buttons and bingo the sale was completed!! Incredible service!!!! No where else does any company have performance like Barzel!

Customer service wasn’t great during the warranty process. They seemed capable of helping but avoided taking responsibility whenever possible. Additionally, discontinued items are still listed as available for purchase online for some reason
