Customer Service Lethargic
Customer service wasn't great during a warranty process. It seemed they were capable of helping but shucked off responsibility wherever possible. Additionally, discontinued items are still listed as purchasable online for some reason?

Barzel Lock had a great price and deliver on time
Barzel Lock was the only source, I could find for Schlage A10S PLY 605/625 Privacy Door Set. The price of the brass/chrome privacy Door Set was actually cheaper than some sources are charging for all brass. I was concerned about my order and sent a message to customer service. A Customer Service representative contacted me in less than an hour. Delivered on time.

I ordered new door locks for my house
I ordered new door locks for my house. BarrelLock had the best prices compared to any other companies, the door knobs arrived much sooner than I expected, 2 days, they were packed well and arrived with no damage and I love what I picked out. I will definitely refer BarzelLock to my friends and will definitely order from the company again!
