very good product slightly higher in cost but availability suited our needs

Parts were delivered on time as promised. They took the extra step to ensure I was ordering the correct parts for the lockset I was using.

We don't use vendors for these materials very often but will be using BarzelLock going forward. They kept us in the loop on deliveries and explained the product and purchase thoroughly.

I just wanted to thank you for your excellent service. I have never done business with you before, but if I need your products/services in the future you will be my first call. Excellent communication to verify I was ordering the correct items, great follow up emails on the order and very quick coast to coast delivery. My last supplier failed in every category. It's nice to know real customer service still exists. Norman took the time and care to get it right.

The return policy is trash. They sent me a mullion that was the wrong color and I had to argue with them about returning, had to buy the correct color, and pay to send it back myself, and pay a 12% restocking fee. Total trash. I will never shop here again. Oh now I'm being gaslit. The original one was black It was supposed to be aluminum. The new one I ordered is aluminum that was the problem. I have pictures to prove it and I'm taking all this and posting it on social media. I have a huge following.
