What can I say, the whole experience from start to finish has been excellent, from my initial enquiry to booking my gastric sleeve surgery to the surgery itself has been a walk in the park. My transport from istanbul airport to the hospital was easy, I was told where to meet the driver and he collected me and took me to the hospital where I was met by Victoria who had arranged everything for me from start to finish. She's always there and willing to make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She looks after the international patients. A real superstar ✨️. Before they do the surgery they do lots of tests and make sure that they explain everything to you. My surgeon Abdulla was great and was always coming to check on my welfare. I was on the 4th floor and was taken care of by many nurses who were professional and caring but I must say Akguzel was on of the most kindest caring loving supportive person I have met. Spoke excellent English. It's been 6 day since surgery and I have lost exactly 6.6kg. That's just over 1 stone. Would highly recommend Basari hospital. 5 🌟 stars from me.

This is my second visit to Basari Hospital, so the expectations were very high as in my first visit everything was excellent. Basari Hospital delivered the same professionalism as before. Victoria is the person who looks after the international patients, she is very helpful, nothing is impossible or too much for her, she is charismatic and makes me feel relaxed and assured that everything will be fine.
I was on the fourth floor the nurses there were good and helpful especially one of the ones who spoke good English.

I came to Basari for my top surgery and I'm so glad I chose to. I would 100% recommend this hospital to anyone for any surgery. All of the staff were amazing, so so friendly and helpful. Victoria our coordinator was beyond excellent. She arranged all of our transport, hotel booking and hospital arrangements. She didn't miss one appointment of mine whilst also seeing to her other patients and was always so upbeat and bubbly. If I had to I would defiantly use Basari again

Great place.
I went here for gastric surgery.
I arrived around 7pm after been collected by VIP transporter bus and had bloods and tests taken on arrival and the following day I had my surgery.
The doctors and nurses are great and always want to make you comfortable.
Victoria the coordinator was fantastic and always available if needed.
There was a language barrier at times but nothing google translate couldn’t sort out.
We stopped in a spacious room with 2 beds for me and my wife, there was no tv but we took our iPad for Netflix.
My wife had a small walk around the local shops but never to far away been on her own.
Payment methods were good and the only thing other than the agreed price was for the meds you take home. (Around €40 ish)
I would recommend this place to anyone.

It is quite noisy in the room from traffic outside but you get used to it.

I went to the hospital a few weeks back most lovely nurses and surgeon was brillant. Victoria I loved her and she was amazing!

This was my first ever surgery, and getting it in another country was very scary. However i was pleasantly surprised with the care and the facilities as a whole. Victoria was amazing at translating and making things easy to understand, whilst at the same time putting my mind at ease with the ins and outs of the tje operation and aftercare. Truth be told, without her there, i feel like it would have been a much more stressful experience, especially as i had my 1 year old boy and my girlfriend with me. The surgery itself went well and the surgeon dr dagdeviren was professional and despite not speaking much english made me feel i was in good hands.
There are aspects i felt could have made the experience better of course. I know we were technically in a hospital but the food was some of the worst iv ever tasted and a choice of any kind would have enabled us to be able to be less hungry for the 2 days we were there. Also i feel that the expectations for what the aftercare would be could have been explained so as to avoid surprises but all in all i would say that it went as well as i had hoped. Very happy with my nose so far. I hope it continues to heal in the same way!

I recently underwent a gastric sleeve operation at Basari Hospital, and I cannot express enough how absolutely phenomenal my experience has been. A special mention must go to Eser, whose support throughout the entire process was nothing short of amazing. From the build-up to the surgery, during my stay, and even in the week since my operation, Eser has been a constant source of guidance and reassurance.

The nursing staff at Basari Hospital are truly exceptional. Despite any language differences, I encountered no problems whatsoever. They were incredibly patient, empathetic, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and keep my spirits high. Their dedication to patient well-being is evident in every interaction.

While every member of the team was incredible, I want to give a special shout-out to Yoren, Zehra, and Aysel. These wonderful individuals brightened my stay with their compassionate care and positive attitudes. They are wonderful people.

My surgeon, Dr. Abdulla Abudllayev, is an absolute credit to his profession. He took care and pride in addressing all my questions, providing clear responses, and outlining my action plan. His commitment to my well-being was evident as he checked on me daily, ensuring I was comfortable and recovering well.

I had a great time during my stay at Basari Hospital, and I honestly cannot thank them enough for everything. I am now one week post-op and already adore my new life. I have a gastric sleeve done in this hospital on 2nd July, from mahmut and Victoria answering any questions and concerns I had. Arranged a big room for me and my partner and son was with me, to checking in with me when I arrived to the day I left. Went through app paper work, took me down for all my pre opp test, made me feel very at home. The procedure went very well, even the surgeon and the staff nurses everyone was very nice. Rooms cleaned twice a day, I couldn’t fault this hospital or staff at all.

It has been a very good experience, everyone was very kind, especially Victoria A very pleasant person and always there to resolve our doubts, I recommend it 100%.

I had a fantastic experience when getting my rhinoplasty in Başarı Hospital Istanbul. All the staff at the hospital were really helpful and kind. Always checking in on me and a lot of the staff speak good english which made communication about after care and having my needs met a breeze. Cannot thank everyone enough who was involved in my journey. A special thank you to Dr Sinan Dagdeviren who gave me my new nose, a true pleasure to be around and give me everything I ever wished for. Victoria made it especially easy for me organising everything so that i could get proper rest after my surgery. Victoria was welcoming, funny and really put me at ease. She is honestly someone who i put all my trust into and appreciate her for being with me throughout this experience.

I recently had rhinoplasty here. The all round experience was great, very smooth and easy to book. The doctor made me feel at ease and definitely seemed like he knew what he was doing. Eser and Victoria were fantastic and was always on hand when they were needed. Definitely recommend.

Basari Hospital is a great place with very friendly people. I had septoplasty to fix a deviated septum and I would recommend to everyone. The surgeon Sinan was very professional and all went smoothly , he was very reassuring by how knowledgeable he was. This being my first time having surgery, it was great having this reassurance.

The translator for international patients, Mahmut, was also amazing. Very helpful, very friendly guy. He and his colleagues made me feel very welcome.

All of the transfers and the 5 star hotel were perfect, and I would recommend this treatment or any other treatment to both English patients and worldwide.

I recently have been to this hospital for a revision rhinoplasty, firstly I’d like to say that the process was super easy, the operation was easy to book, the transport and hotel was booked for me, I didn’t need to do anything. Once I arrived at the hospital the staff were really friendly and helpful. When I was ready to go into surgury with ENT surgeon Sinan Dagdeviren I was really really scared, but he made me feel so comfortable and safe, unlike the surgeon I had previously from another company. Once I had my cast taken off the surgeon was so patient as was so scared and took a while for me to allow him to take my tampons out. Currently my nose is still healing, and whenever I have any questions Mahmut always responds fast and is really helpful. I just want to say a big thank you to Sinan and Mahmut for being so friendly to me. I would 100% recommend coming here for surgery.

My experience with Basari Hospital was a mixed bag.
I had a weight loss surgery at Basari Hospital. It involved two procedures 6 months apart. I was given a package deal including both procedures, airport pick and drop and overnight stay at the hospital. Just a day before the flight, hospital asked to bring the full payment in cash. That was a surprise for me. It was a big amount and I did not have such cash available at such short notice. However, they insisted and with difficulty I arranged some cash and asked them to accept rest as card payment. It was a disappointing experience. However, the procedure went ok and the medical care was satisfactory.
At the time of the second procedure, 6 months later, I had another not so pleasant surprise. I was told that the airport pick and drop, and hospital stay was only for the first procedure and I had to pay extra if I wish to have that facility this time. Unfortunately, all initial communication, about the package, was on Whatsapp. I lost that Whatsapp conversation when I changed my mobile. Hospital refused to listen to me and asked me to 'prove' that the package included the pick and drop and hospital stay. In the end, I had to arrange my own transport and stay. Again, the procedure went well and I had no complaints about the medical competence of the doctors.
The lesson I learned, be very clear, about what is offered in the package, when you book with Basari Hospital and also ask for an email confirmation. Moreover, discuss in advance how they wish to be paid.

I have to give a really big thanks and appreciation to the hospital and staff. I have been here 3 times now and every time they deliver outstanding care and patience. I feel like it’s one big family and they always do above and beyond to meet your needs. Thanks to all the nurses and Dr Serkan and also to Victoria for being a friendly face and easing my anxiety when I had my procedure. This hospital will never disappoint you.

This was amazing hospital.
Meet me in airport with private taxi, in the reception is been little confusing, girls not speaking English, but I have Victoria number, she call staff to collect me to 4th floor. All staff been so friendly and helpful. I got nice appointments with shower. Next day I'm meed Victoria, she lovely lady, she help me to do all procedure for 3 hours checks my health. And translate on English, that was been so easy, can't believe. Meet my doctor and that was very nice person. After my surgery I'm feeling not well but stuff provide me full support. I'm all time been get any support from staff and Victoria, that was excellent . I'm so glad that I'm choice this hospital. Since I'm come back at home, I'm still got messages from Victoria, she perfect and professional curator. Thank you so much

Wow, where to start!
From the first WhatsApp message to leaving for the airport home…. The experience was faultless!
Nesibe was whom I had first contact with via WhatsApp. It was an initial enquiry into rhinoplasty. I had disliked my nose since I was 11years old and now at 42years old I was more than ready to rectify it!
Nesibe answered all of my queries and explained what was involved and how the days would flow. It was all listed and provided in writing in an invoice. I paid my deposit to secure the price and then when I knew my availability we locked in the dates. Everything was organised and taken care of.
All I needed to do was book the flights and turn up!
The transfer was easy to find and waiting at the airport. We arrived at the hospital late evening due to a late flight and heavy traffic coming through Istanbul. The staff were waiting and extremely efficient, taking us to our room, I had an x-ray, bloods and ECG. Then we had food and went to sleep. The next morning we met Victoria, she is fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. The nursing staff were all amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Sorry I didn’t get everyone’s name but you ladies are the best! ❤️
I met my surgeon Dr. M. Sinan Dagdeviren, such a lovely person, very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and highly skilled man. He explained that my nose had been broken at some point and hadn’t healed properly!
We discussed how he would fix my nose, breathing and sinus problems. We then discussed how I’d like my nose to look.
Moments later I was in the theatre, it was very quick, one minute getting on the operating bed and the next I was asleep!
When I came round from the general anaesthetic I was shivering so the nurse covered me in blankets and duvets, she was amazing and really looked after me. My partner throughout was incredible and greatly looked me ❤️
The nurses regularly came in with ice packs, which is definitely key to reduce the swelling!!
All of my meds were taken care of, the nurse got them and explained each one and the dose.
The surgeon came to see me later that day to explain how it went and show me pics 😀👃🏻
The next day we were transferred to our 5* Hotel, which was beautiful. The perfect place to relax and recover.
On Saturday I returned to the hospital for my post operative consultation. This was all organised, time, transfer and patient coordinator, a lovely gentleman came in and interpreted for us and the surgeon.
My cast and bits inside my nose were removed. Dr Dagdeviren showed me how to massage and explained further instructions. Photographs were taken and my nose taped up for another week.
The transfer to the airport was all arranged by Victoria as we had a very early morning flight.
All in all, amazing experience, surgery was fantastic and all of the team at Basari Hospital are incredible. I will no doubt be recommending their services and shall I need anything else I will return.

Amazing service honestly.. I was nervouse as you hear all the horror stories about getting surgery abroad. Rhinoplasty... first of we where picked at the airport transfered to the hospital.. booked in. Xray and bloods straight away.. next morning 9am in surgery.. took 2hrs plus 3hrs recovery back in my room after 5 hrs.. the nurses were amazing really check in on you, ice packs, pain killers and stomach protection medications given.. Victoria our contact was amazing always on hand to answer any question.. my Doctor.. Dr M.Sinan Dagdeviren was outstanding.. very knowledgeable man.. had a consultation.. made me feel at ease and explained everything and answered all my questions.. he is very skilled at what he does.. my swelling is yet to subside but I can already see such amazing results..
All in all anyone thinking about rhinoplasty but this hospital is not just limited to this surgery I would Highly recommend this hospital.
