Başarı Hospital Avis 

I had a fabulous experience with this company. My Surgeon was Dr Elshan and my coordinator was the lovely Eser who is a real asset to Basari. He was so kind attentive, he managed to get me into the hotel of my choice after putting me in the Ramada first, breakfast was included at both hotels, transport was always on time. Communication was effortless. I can’t thank Dr Elshan and Eser enough! I am so happy with my rhinoplasty results and Dr Elshan gave me the nose that I could only dream off.. I thought it would not be possible as I had a long droppy thick skinned nose to begin with!! Everything was 10/10, I would not go elsewhere and I had consultations with 15-30 other clinics in Turkey but Basari came on top. I did all my research and trust me when i write this review with nothing but positive attributes to say about the company. They really cared about me and what I wanted and never made it about money or sales. They were so understanding as I explained i was nervous. The hospital accommodated my husband and my 5 year old son, fed them and added an extra bed in the same room. It was so smooth sailing, I am still in shock I have had the surgery done after wanting it done for years! If your like me and are / were hesitant, please do not be. Basari is the clinic you need. I travelled from the UK and everything in istanbul was like the UK from the cleanliness to sterile equipment to top quality medication. The nurses were fabulous and soon as I pressed the buzzer with in seconds they were in changing my dressing etc. Also a big thank you to Nurse Akgozel who was so caring and became a friend.. a big thank you to the young nurse with blonde hair who when i was thirty right after surgery had got a cloth and wet it with cold water and rubbed it on my lips as I was not allowed water straight out of surgery. Very professional and I highly recommend 🫶

Amazing experience! I went to get a gastric balloon and Yasemin was extremely helpful and supportive during the entire process. After 6 months I came back to remove the balloon and I met Mahmut who was extremely lovely and supportive. The staff at the hospital (nurses) don’t speak English but they do your best to be friendly and to try to understand you. Everything was well organised, from the transfer service (airport, hospital, hotel) and the hotel was amazing. I had such a a lovely experience and would recommend for the gastric balloon service.

A professional, incredible quality experience all round. Pre contact from Eser was excellent and service from the time that we arrived was perfect - transfers / welcome / tests / room and care was superb. Would recommend to anyone

From start to finish the experience was amazing! Everything was thought of and planned such as getting picked up and taken to the airport, this made things so much easier! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, the room was amazing and the surgeon was extraordinary. He listened to what I wanted and made sure I got it! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I came from Australia to do Lipo + Tummy Tuck + BBL with Dr Serkan Kaya and the experience was absolutely flawless and the results were amazing. The moment i arrived to when i had left he made the entire experience feel like i was at home, it all went so smoothly and i had reassurance at all times when i had any concerns. I had a great experience from start to end. I underwent a rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Elshan Mammadov, and he is an absolutely amazing surgeon. He listened to everything i said i wanted for my rhinoplasty, and he delivered on it perfectly. I am now 3 weeks post op and already am in love with my nose! Additionally, the correspondence whilst i was in the UK was great & all questions i had were answered. I also had to have a 2nd surgery as i had got into a car accident whilst in Turkey, although i was upset it happened, Dr Mammadov immediately operated on me when it happened & took great care. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon or choose a better hospital. I am very happy with the service i received!

My experience with Başarı Hospital was all in all amazing and seamless. From being picked up from the airport in stylish transport to being welcomed promptly yet warmly in to the hospital by nurses who took my bloods quickly, gave me and my mum dinner shortly after and made our first night very comfortable.

The consultation with the surgeon the morning of surgery went really well & having my coordinator Eser there not only just to translate but also to lighten the mood really eased my nerves.

My recovery was handled amazingly by all involved, checked on regularly by nurses, regular pain relief and support on getting up and walking around. They even looked after and fed my mum while i was in surgery. Even with a language barrier i felt really well looked after.

The hotel we were transferd again was lovely, helpful and clean. There was a slight hick-up on arrival with the reservation, but within minutes of contacting Eser it was sorted and we were given our key. Breakfast every morning was also a great perk. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, however there's a metro about 5 min walk from the hotel which is easily connected to stations closer to the city centre.

Before leaving, my check was handled great and both myself and Dr Elşen Mammadov were very pleased with the result :)

My only point of advise is to request 'fit to fly' document while at the follow up appointment. I wasn't aware I needed this to check in due to my stitches, thankfully it was sorted by Eser very quickly but it's an easy bump in the road to avoid if handled in person at the hospital.

The most amazing hospital!!!

From the start to finish the service has been outstanding. Eser, you a credit to the company I can’t thank you enough for your help and your kindness. The nurses and doctors and the surgeon was also fantastic and took so much care of me. I felt incredibly safe and looked after. The hospital was very clean, it was cleaned every 20 minutes. They provided food and travel too and from the airport. They even waited for me when I arrived late to Istanbul.
I will forever be greatful

from the outset everything well organised,all the relevant tests carried out swiftly and prepared for theatre.The hospital is modern,very clean and up to date. My operation went very well,I was always kept upto speed on my progress from visits daily from the doctors.
The nursing care I have to say was second to non.I was looked after like royalty, nothing being too much.Their skills are impressive.
It was nice being looked after in lovely private room with everything I needed.
If I needed more surgery for whatever reason I would definitely consider using the Basari Hastenisi

I had my operation in January, my first point of contact was Jasmine, from start to finish communication was great 😃 I had no worries or concerns because all my questions were answered. From arriving in Istanbul with my sister the journey of my transformation was incredible, the team at Basari Hospital were fantastic they took care of me, put me at ease they made sure after my operation my needs were taken care of and I was looked after incredibly well. Where to even begin, I got a rhinoplasty done and my first contact was Mahmut Pektas, he was amazing, his communication from the very beginning to me landing back in London was superb, from flying to landing to being picked up from the airport, taken to the hospital, being there at my consultation to dropping me off to my room, his communication was amazing, he made sure I was comfortable and made sure I knew who I was seeing next, who would come pick me up. Im currently 2 weeks post operation and whenever I ask him a question he’s always very informative and helpful and replies very quickly, reassuring me etc. My surgeon Dr Elshen Mammadov was amazing, from the beginning he was very attentive and listened to all my concerns and what I wanted changed about my nose, he asked me questions to make sure he got everything that I wanted right. After the surgery the next day he came to my room in the hospital and showed me the before and after pictures. To say I was amazed is an understatement, I had already had an idea of how I wanted my nose to turn out but he exceeded my expectations, I was literally wowed, I honestly had a little bit of doubts but when I saw the pictures it was perfectly the way I had described it to him. I had shown him pictures of how I would like my nose and he said they were reasonable so he went ahead and combined the two together, what I wanted and the pictures I had shown him. I would 100% recommend anyone wanting to get a rhinoplasty done to go here. The nurses and staff were amazing. I did have a misunderstanding with one of the nurses but that was due to language barrier but even then we were able to communicate and she became one of the closet nurses to me, I didn’t get their names but honestly what amazing staff, all of them made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The nurses were constantly making sure I was okay and always telling me if I needed anything to let them know. The nurse would always bring me ice and more gauze and pain killers and honestly their constant optimism made me feel way better. I also want to give my appreciation to Yanki who was communicating with me the moment I landed in turkey still on the plane to the moment I was in the transfer, he was there to meet me as soon as I literally exited the vehicle and step foot onto the ground he was there to welcome me and take me to my room, I had just landed at night and he was very helpful with answering all my question and even brought me a charger from one of the nurses because my one wasn’t working. Honestly a perfect experience, it was great because I wasn’t just communicating with one person, there was a whole team to talk to and it made it that much easier. I’m so glad I went with Basari Hospital and a huge thank you to everyone there and especially Mahmut and dr Elshan for making this possible :)

Amazing experience Mahmut was my first point of contact and answered every question I had and told me the whole process start to finish, the staff were unbelievable,such wonderful caring people. I felt so looked after considering I went on my own for surgery. My surgeons were very informative and helpful checking on me multiple times a day. Would definitely recommend. X

The people who I had around me where excellent my surgeon was excellent what I find to be a problem as this is my 2nd time having surgery in turkey alone is the lack of English speaking nurses the hospital and hotel great the surrounding areas horrendous nowhere to just go and walk outside I fell 1st night outside because of the lack of pavement I only wanted to walk to clear my head and I couldn’t same with hotel no outside space to safely walk again 5star hotel and staff all just in bad areas

I had my operation there and was great treatment

This was my second visit to basari hospital and when it came time to pay their terminal wouldn’t work at my bedside. The staff said this was on my end leaving me worried and panicked however after contacting my bank it was realised to be on their end. They took my card and ran the payment down in their main office. When I looked at my receipt I had been charged 300 extra. I raised this many times and was told it was my bank even though it was their terminal. I was made to feel like a nuisance for asking for updates and when I eventually got an answer it was sorry it was on our end but I wasn’t offered any refund and I am now being ignored. So if you’re using this place bring cash and if they mess up prepare to be ignored. Awful

I had a breast reduction and liposuction at basari hospital. I arrived very nervous, crying and was even going to fly back home. I met with Yasmin, Eser and Dr Serkan kaya. They were so understanding and gentle with me, took a lot of time out of their day to make me feel better, they put me at ease and I went through with the surgery. All the nurses there were very nice. They wiped my tears, brushed my hair for me, took me to the bathroom, made sure I was eating and drinking. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, they made sure I understood what they were saying to me, some of them were so motherly to me. My surgeon always explained what he was doing and made sure I asked every question I had. I am back home now, Eser and Dr Serkan Kaya are still answering all my questions I have. I’d recommend coming here for your surgery. It might be scary at first but everyone will be there for you and put you at ease! I’m very grateful for everyone there and will come here again if I want any more surgery done

I don’t even know where to start …
After a lot of research I kept coming back to this hospital and I did a hell of a lot of checking out other hospitals so I decided this was where I would go for my 360 tummy tuck and liposuction.. I contacted Mahmut pektas who was amazing , he organised everything for me from start to finish, so I had my surgery which I’m am so very happy with .. the surgeons were brilliant in everything they did . They Give me exactly what I wanted and more. I can’t praise the doctors and nurses enough, they go above and beyond for you. Everyone was so friendly I felt at home from start to finish. I will never forget them all and miss the laughs we had . I even made two blood sisters (angels on earth) I will love them forever ❤️❤️
The doctors came to me everyday to keep me informed of my progress I even got hugs lol .I’ve been home 2 days now and they have given me everything I need for my aftercare . The communication is brilliant still . Any worries or questions I have are answered within minutes. I don’t usually do reviews but I just had to for this hospital and I want people to know if they are thinking of going to turkey I would 100% recommend here .. love you all at Basari hospital xxxx

I had a rhinoplasty at Basari Hospital one week ago and couldn’t be happier! The whole experience was very smooth from our collection at the airport to the surgery itself. My surgeon really understood what I wanted from my consultation and encouraged me to be vocal to get the best result possible. My coordination Mahmut was exceptionally helpful and was always available throughout the whole process. He did an excellent job of explaining the process to me and making me feel at ease. The hospital was very clean and the nurses were very attentive before and after surgery. I would 100% recommend Basari Hospital!

I went to Basari for gastric sleeve op,I’m currently here atm waiting to get my flight home. I came here a nervous wreck, I was on my own and so weary, but it has been a very positive experience in all. The nurses were so motherly, the surgeon and doctors so professional. I’m so glad I chose here and would highly recommend it to anyone 😊

From start to finish it was a helpful and smooth process. The translators are well prepared and helpful they are patient and answer all your questions. The surgeons experience is amazing, the staff were friendly and I would recommend this hospital to everyone !
