Since we keep it 100% pure and unrefined, we don’t mask its natural scent with added fragrance. That way, you get the most potent and effective version possible.

That said, many customers like to mix it with a few drops of essential oils like lavender or rosemary to customize the aroma without compromising the formula. It's a great way to make the experience more enjoyable while still reaping all the hair-loving benefits.

Thank you for your review. Let’s start with the fact that we asked you to confirm your address before shipping since you asked us to ship to a hotel in Ireland. This was suspicious to begin with but we shipped it regardless.

Next, USPS attempted to deliver to you and you were not available hence it returned back to us.

Tracking Code: USPS • LB475764691US

I suspect the reason is because of a fraudulent address. You gave no room number just a random hotel. We see these frauds unfortunately with customers globally as a small business. Shame on you for doing this with us and probably countless others.

Now we offered to return you amount paid for the batana minus shipping costs but you didn’t resort and resorted to blackmailing us.

Now who is the abuser Diana? This is nasty and abusive behavior and an attack on our small business. We will defend our selves any day of the week against customers like you who are defrauding small businesses with false addresses and false claims.
