After several attempts to buy and try Batana oil from various sellers, I always got fakes from China! This is the real deal. I took the time to do some research about Batana oil, and Batana Babe came up as a reliable and recommended source in the various third-party reviews. Thank you, Batana Babe, for sourcing an authentic product. I will return with an updated review with before and after photos once I've used this product and it has had a chance to restore my hair, which I lost during chemotherapy.

In July I was diagnosed with alopecia. I have been using batana oil from you guys and it has been helping my alopecia. I am forever grateful for that. When I first started experiencing patchy hair loss from alopecia and tried steroids and everything - nothing was helping. For some reason this oil has been what’s helping the most.

The reason for the 1 star rating is i havent received my order. I ordered it on September 29 and the tracking says its coming from China not Honduras and it just shipped today. This is ridiculous, if I had known this i wouldn't have placed my order. Very Very disappointed and i am asking for a refund. Let's see how that goes. And very bad customer service they never reply back

Not only have I found AUTHENTIC Batana oil on the first try. The customer service that accompanies the product is SUPERB!

This is my 2nd order. I first bought the soap and shampoo which have been great. I now am trying the liquid oil.

I wanted to wait a little bit to leave a review to give it time and see how it worked. First is about the ordering process and interacting with the company. The owner and customer service was top notch. I emailed some questions and I was responded to very quickly. Any follow up emails were also promptly responded to. I was given a bulk order discount which I appreciated since I was ordering a larger batch for myself. It helped out and was very much appreciated. Shipping took a little longer than I had hoped but I was informed they do bulk shipping. I still got it delivered in 6 days which is still very acceptable. Pertaining to the order process itself, the only thing I would suggest is better shipping container. My 8 glass bottles were all just put in a very lightly padded envelope. I was kind of surprised by that. But all my bottles arrived just fine even with that.

Now onto the actual product review. I got the 1oz liquid version. Each bottle arrived filled to to very top which made me very happy. Was actually slightly more than 1oz filled like that. That proved to me I was getting my monies worth. The liquid itself is very dark amber reddish and has the distinct smell of authentic batana oil. I bought this specifically to help with hair growth and I infused it with Ayurvedic hair growth herbs and essential oils. I also decided last minute to include pumpkin seed oil with it. I was too impatient because I was anxious to get using it that I only infused for 4 days. It still ended up creating a very potent hair oil. The liquid batana works very well with the pumpkin seed oil. It still a lighter oil blend not too thick which works well on my fine hair. The smell of the batana isn't my favorite but mixing it with the herbs and essential oils made it more tolerable. The color is scary too as its very dark and turns my whole scalp the amber reddish color. But....I can attest that it does wash out and wipes up very easily and I have had no staining or anything. Do not let the smell or color deter you. It's a small price for the huge benefits you get.

My results 1 month in so far have been great. My hair length is definitely getting longer and empty spots on scalp and hair part are filling in pretty quick. My hair is soft and more volume which is an extra bonus. I have fine low porosity hair and this oil has worked very well on it. I go through and apply the oil on my part and trouble spots on my scalp and do little extra to be able to massage whole scalp. I lightly saturate my scalp hair and massage in and leave on for 6-8 hours before washing out. I been doing this 2-3 days a week trying to do 3 days as much as possible while growing hair in. All these details to tell you that even with that my hair is not weighed down or greasy and feels great! 1 month results are amazing and I can not wait for months 2 and 3 and beyond!

Don't hesitate. This company sells the real deal and you will get results if you are consistent in use. It's definitely a bigger investment than other oils on the market but this has been the best one I have ever used. And I have done hair oiling off and on for years. You will not regret your purchase.

It's only been 11 days, so I can't rate how efficient the product is, yet. It has the grainy texture, and smells like burnt coffee, BUT! The scent doesn't irritate me like the scent of so many other hair products do. Most products I just stop buying if I can smell it long after. This one wanes once it's absorbed, I guess.

Online from Batana Bae late Wednesday, nite on September 11th. I was anxious and nervous 😂 I called BatanaBabe and left a detailed message as to when I would receive my product. For some reason I could not navigate on Shop’s website. However, the representative responded to my call immediately and told me my order would be delivered on Monday, September 22nd. However, surprisedly I received my Batana Oil as of yesterday, Thursday, September 18th. I was so excited and I immediately start using my product. It’s the original deal Holyfield not fake 🤗! The smell and aroma is delicious. I can tell the product is homemade and most definitely has the coffee scent. I performed a patch test on my skin and on a snail part of my hair.
