I’ve been using the bantana oil for a long period of time now and my hair has never looked better. This product works really well on my hair, it’s made it longer and so much healthier. I definitely recommend buying as I will continue to order!!

I shouldve read the reviews before…
I shouldve read the reviews before ordering. They seem to consistently have a shipping issue with a shipping company. I think it is actually a supply issue or process issue.
In my case, they created a shipping label. Nothing happens until you complain, then they blame shipping company and create another shipping label and cancel the old one.
Im not sure how long they intend to do this. I still have not received my product after a month.

Wow. I used batana oil and after 4 years of going to the hair dressers, my hair dresser told me my hair has grown. I have never heard this before. I went back and ordered another batch in bulk and my package arrived speedily

Ive been waiting for my package almost…
Excellent product, its the real deal !
Unfortunately my replacement package came in and the bottle was open and emptied out in the box it was in.
Canada post put it in a plastic bag which pretty much said your product is damaged and sorry for the inconvenience.

Came late
Ordered over a week ago and my item hasn’t even been dispatched. I emailed them, messaged them on social media and no one is answering. I truly believe that the website is a scam, and the “good” reviews on here, are bots or fake customers. I will be contacting the bank and I hope no one else falls into their trap.
**UPDATE**
I received the package on 20/01/2023. It was mainly late due to the Royal Mail being cyber hacked but also cause they sent it late, so that’s why I’m taking away 1 star

Great product
Very satisfied with shipping considering I live in Ireland. Product is fantastic, I purchased the wonder oil and have been using before wash day 3 times a week. After 3 weeks of use I already see new baby hairs and a major difference in my hairs density. Other people have also noticed a difference. I suffer from hormonal imbalance and other issues which have caused me severe hair loss and balding. Of course I have adjusted my diet as well but this is a great add on and has given me a much needed confidence boost! Will be purchasing this product again.

They will mark the item as “dispatched” on their shopify admin and even give you tracking number but they will not dispatch.
Order my product over a week ago because it said I’d get my order within a certain time period but still have not received it.
Also cannot get in contact with them at all so they have basically robbed me…seems I’m not the only one too
