best cookies i’ve ever had, love it

On the contrary to some of the reviews ive seen here..... I bought a few items from them let me say cookie pie was decent and chocolate orange brownie omg amazing thanks Batchd :)

They look a 10/10 however when it comes to taste, they’re not all that great. The donuts were soft but lacked any flavour. Topping on them was stale. The cakes look lovely but taste gritty and doughy. The unit in Glasgow silverburn refused to take cash and only accept card. Who knew cash is no longer legal tender.

Made me ill. Ordered a hamper, ate a couple of the cookies, was up all night on the toilet....

Avoid them & go direct to the small businesses they use instead

They treat the people they buy the bakes from utterly disgusting - speak to them like shit & with hold money from them even though they sell the products, full of lies & just damn right bullies

They store products for so long before they reach the public they're inedible & dry!

Nasty people

Was in braehead and seen their kiosk, the girl was lovely and well mannered. So nice to have staff like that. The treats look so nice but they are quite tasteless. The stuffed cookie wasn't good very stodgy and the nicest thing was the bit of terrys choc orange on the top. The cookie kinder pie was dry hard cookie dough and the kinder hippo on top was so stale. Barely any taste to the cookie pie either.

Wouldn't buy again sorry

Went to Batch’d in York . Kinder bueno lattes were bitter , watery and couldn’t taste the kinder bueno . Service was very slow and the woman behind the counter was rude , making a sarcastic comment when I asked about something on the menu . A very poor experience overall

I first found Batch’d at their counter in Vosse Park, Leicester when on a work trip and every time I make the trip, I make sure to stop off and pick up a doughnut (or two). HOWEVER it’s a game changer to be able to order online. The Milkybar doughnut and the Bueno doughnut are MASSIVE (all the doughnuts are) and are so incredibly delicious.

Stop selling stale food. Donuts which have cream filling inside should be FRESH, daily. Purchased 3 different items in the Bull Ring. Had to bin all 3, hard, stale and didn’t taste right, you don’t expect to spend £17 for something made days ago. Absolute joke.

Amazing donuts and brownies. Had before a lot of different brownies but never tasted that good brownies like I had in Batch’d. Nice soft and falling apart. The best for breakfast with glass of milk

The milky way and Bueno cookie pie is to die for! I can't walk past Batch'd without buying one and the staff are always so nice and helpful, can not recommend enough x

Wow batchd wins in the donut world lot tastier than p"d",fresh donuts not stale like other brands ,fast and cheap delivery
Packaging is well thought out and not battered like others brands
All in all im a batchd fan a truly tastie treat

Got some brownies online and they’re probably the best brownies I’ve ever had! Next day delivered and packaged beautifully. Will be my go-to for any birthday presents from now on!

I always pick up batchd in Leeds or manchester train stations. My favourite are the vegan donuts, always so fresh and full of soft cream! The staff are friendly and the service is 10/10.
