I had a problem with a Fan which was delt with by Chantal Lohou and Drew Martin swiftly and most satisfactory. In fact from buying to delivering Bathroom Discount Centre were faultless and I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Had an issue with a toilet seat that had a manufacturing defect. Ben was incredibly helpful.

I ordered several items for my bathroom from this company. Ordering was fine, delivery and after service was awful. Rude staff member genuinely refused to help me find out where my order was because she “didn’t have to”!

What an absolutely brilliant service. I called regarding some advice and replacement parts and I just never expected the help, supports and professional manner that Chantal provided.
She went over and beyond to assist me is resolving the problem. She was courteous, responsive and efficient.

My £90 Catalano toilet seat broke after only 8 months (it has 2 years' warranty according to the website) however, the warranty was not honoured and I was told to purchase a new one. Needless to say, I won't be buying from this company again.

Unfortunately, there is no option to give no stars so reluctantly have given one star. I ordered a shower screen from this company and received an email asking me to collect although I wanted delivery. I contacted the company and you would not believe how rude the woman was who answered the phone. I hadn't even told her what I wanted before she went into a tirade of loud rudeness. I asked to speak to Tony, the manager, but was told he was at lunch so will give an update on this review after I have spoken to him. I regret buying from the company and would urge others to shop elsewhere.

I have used Bathroom discount for a number of years and have always found them reliable and ready to help with any technical issues, good prices & a great service.

I was forced to use this company as the shower in the property I bought, was purchased from them. Ordering a spare part was literally like pully teeth. It involved waiting for them to give me a quote(a week), then a link to make the payment (another week) and then getting the goods, another 3 days. If you think this is bad, just think wait till you see how long it takes to get a refund! After reciving the wrong part, I was told to go into the shop. I went in and then told it all had to be done all online. What a waste of time!! Went online and then arranged the return on 4th August. It's now 25th, still waiting. Rang just now to speak to them and spoke with an Exteremly rude lady and I use that term loosely, who started questioning that even a refund was due. Luckily I had an email from her colleague but she still didnt believe me and then hung up when I asked fro her name! AVOID- a binch of cowboys who would be better placed on a ranch than in a shop.
