UK Bathroom Store Avis 

My order had the incorrect shipping destination and as soon as i learned this, I wrote to the UK Bathroom store. This was a weekend but it was immediately picked up by the manager who successfully redirected it. I called to confirm this on the first working day and he was very friendly. i felt confident my taps would be coming to the correct address.

And the taps were great.

I received a response very quickly in my email regarding my refund after I returned the item I ordered in error.

Nice taps reasonable price and fast delivery . Gave 4 stars because these bath taps come with 15mm tails which when connected to a 22mm gravity fed system makes filling a bath a slow process .

No complaints whatsoever in relation to UKBS however, Merlyn who supplied the shower tray were absolutely awful - an embarrassment of a company.
The situation was dealt with extremely professionally by Aaron, a credit to the company. Despite the issues with the shower tray, would use UKBS again.

I ordered a mirror that had a manufacturing fault not a damage fault, which until you opened the well wrapped item you wouldn’t have seen. On making contact with UkBathrooms it was refreshing to speak to a person, rather than than a call centre or machine which is becoming the Norm. A pleasant lady called Millie took on board the issues and quickly and at no expense, trouble or problems rectified it by ordering a replacement from the manufacturer which i received quickly and have fitted. In my opinion it is not just the product you buy but the customer service you are given, should unfortunately something go wrong. This is a prime example of what service a customer should receive from start to finish. Thank you Millie and all at UKBathrooms. Will definitely use your company again in the future.

Item was delivered quickly and well packaged

The end result is just what I wanted. Took me ages to reverse it then ages to fit it as I am a very elderly female but job done.😄. The Allen Key did not fit but I had one that did.

I purchased 2 Heritage toilet seats in two separate orders, the first to make sure i had the correct product for purpose and the second because the first order was excellent. I did find the print size of the fitting instructions rather small.
