Nice taps reasonable price and fast delivery . Gave 4 stars because these bath taps come with 15mm tails which when connected to a 22mm gravity fed system makes filling a bath a slow process .

I purchased 2 Heritage toilet seats in two separate orders, the first to make sure i had the correct product for purpose and the second because the first order was excellent. I did find the print size of the fitting instructions rather small.

Great product.
The new seat was very well packed for safe handling during delivery. On inspection it could be easily seen the very high quality of the piece. Fitting was effortlessly easy and the soft close mechanism is perfect.

The products were good quality and the checkput process online was greate. There were issues with delivery dates and times, when I contacted the seller I got very good service and the manager did some magic to make sure the I got the goods on time for the plumbers on site.

Outstanding customer service from John at UK Bathroom Store!
I honestly cannot recommend John highly enough. I was ordering bathrooms for two houses I was building, so there were a lot of products to choose, decisions to make and, as you can imagine, a LOT of questions!
From the very beginning, John was absolutely fantastic. He helped me choose everything I needed, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I must have called him constantly throughout the process, but he never once seemed fed up or frustrated. He was always friendly, patient and happy to help.
Even now, as the build is coming towards the end, whenever I have encountered any fitting issues or needed advice, John has continued to be nothing but helpful and has gone out of his way to assist me.
During the course of our build, we have unfortunately encountered some really poor customer service from other companies, which makes dealing with someone like John an absolute breath of fresh air.
John, thank you so much for all your help, patience and excellent customer service throughout the whole process. It has genuinely been very much appreciated.
