Nice taps reasonable price and fast delivery . Gave 4 stars because these bath taps come with 15mm tails which when connected to a 22mm gravity fed system makes filling a bath a slow process .

I have ordered a few substantial items that arrived very well packaged and within set time frame. Communication was great throughout. All the items are of great quality and I’m really happy with my order. I compared the prices with different retailers and UK bathroom store had the best deals, which helped me save money. Would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Great experience overall! Thank you

I am sorry to hear that the information regarding your order was not forthcoming. This particular brand is fairly new to us and having reviewed this, it's clear that their systems had not properly integrated into ours, alerting the team to the delay. Under usual circumstances this would happen and we would contact you straight away.
However I do appreciate the inconvenience this can cause so please accept my apologies, I will working to correct this error for future.
Great Service, Great Price
I previously ordered this toilet seat from a company that go from A to Z, which unbelievably turned up soiled. After that disappointing experience I found the Subway 2.0 soft close on UK bathrooms. Delivery was the next day, (Saturday) , allowing me to fit it for my customer the next working day, thus closing the lid on this toilet seat saga.

Great Service.
My bathroom fitter after waiting for weeks suddenly found a slot to fit me in, so needed a toilet and cistern and seat very quickly. Although there was a bank holiday they managed to get my items delivered for my bathroom fitters start date. Great service and communication, also very competitive price would use again.
