Sent wrong part first but immediately resent right one
Was sent the wrong part first but then they immediately resent the right part. Returning the wrong part was a bit wobbly but got there in the end!

Customer service at its best!
We ordered a product from BASD and through no fault of theirs it was damaged when it arrived , by the carrier. It was replaced immediately without question, then unbelievably the carrier did exactly the same again with the replacement, again BASD replaced without question. One of the best customer service experiences we have ever had . Would highly recommend this fantastic company.
