Purchased a Roca Bidet cover, very competitive price. Initially it was out of stock but good communication from the Company kept me updated and it was delivered after minimal delay. Would definitely recommend them.

Quick and easy
Easy website to use. My item arrived really quickly. No actual instructions in the box but managed to find a video on YouTube to fit the new toilet seat. Would definitely order from them again

I needed to replace my old Roca toilet…
I needed to replace my old Roca toilet seat and cover but I didn't know the model number and was somewhat overwhelmed by the range of different models and fittings. Afia (Customer Services) was always helpful and friendly and was quick to answer my emails and to contact Roca on my behalf for expert advice.
Now that the new seat has been installed I'm very pleased with it.
Although the seat isn't cheap BathroomsandShowersDirect has a wide range of stock and offers the best price.

Don't recommend this company...
Item was showing in stock when I ordered. Then received an email to say they didn't have it but were ordering from supplier and it'd be with me within 7 days. On chasing, was then told no, supplier doesn't have it and I wouldn't now be receiving it until mid June! Asked for refund and had the item delivered next day from another supplier! Very badly managed, wouldn't recommend.
