I received a battery replacement for my Dyson. Used it twice and then it wouldn't charge.

I contacted support as instructed based on their website, but received no response and it's been over two weeks. I will dispute the charge through my card. This place seems scammy.

Update 2/13/26 - I disputed the charge with my credit card company last week. That must have gotten their attention, because I was finally issued my refund!

Avoid this place - not worth the headache

Sent fake batteries, the packaging did not show any markings for lithium, put a battery on my charger and it fried the charger. No response from email

You people are scammers please people do not order from this place they are the biggest bunch of criminals how are you people not locked up.

Placed an order, they sent an acknowledgement email took my money then nothing. Will avoid in future. I have emailed them but had no reply after 2 weeks since order placed.

I accidentally placed two orders for the same item. I returned one of the items two months ago and didn't receive a credit to my card. My email went unanswered by the company so I had to open a dispute to get my refund. The batteries do seem to work okay.

Product is total garbage. Customer service sent me a fake return shipping label that USPS would not accept, and then stopped responding to my emails. Still have not received the refund they offered. Scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SEND YOU CRAP FROM CHINA!!! Bought 2 batteries that they advertised as dewalt received non certified batteries from china... total unsafe garbage!! THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

These guys are a total scam. Once they get your money, you wont hear back from them. They will not respond to email messages or return phone calls.

Battery is working great. Shipping time was 2 days over the delivery times on my order. Overall, happy.

Second hand phone batteries being sold at high as new prices - clear damage to battery from removal from a phone, and adhesive not protected (nor sticky!) as any new phone battery is.
