I have used Batterysharks several times and I find their website, information, and buying process to be easy and accurate for all of my replacement batteries.

Needed a battery for my house security alarm system. Found the replacement on Batterysharks for a reasonable price and ordered it with standard shipping. I anticipated three to five days as is normal, but to my surprise it arrived by US Mail the next day!
Very happy and satisfied. It will be my "go to" battery store from now on!

I have a Suncast hose reel that is battery operated and has worked for 5 years. It finally failed in 2019 and I was afraid I would have a hard time finding a battery replacement, I checked the Internet and Batterysharks came up with 5 star ratings, so I tried there. They had the correct battery at a good price, so I bought it. It arrived a few days later, well packaged, I charged it and it worked great, no wonder they have such good ratings

Purchased two batteries. Both working. Prompt shipment in safe packaging. Will use Batterysharks again.

They had what I needed, 4 cells for my APC UPS, at a great price.

My only complaint is that my existing batteries had corrosion all over the most of the screws. It was so bad that one of the connectors needed to have the screw hack-sawed off!

I was bummed to hear that they didn't sell any of the attachment parts. I think they ought to offer a bag of the proper parts (connectors, bus bars & screws) for like $15 as an option when you buy an RBC battery kit.

So yeah, my only complaint is about something they don't sell, just something I think they should sell.

The important bit is they had APC replacements for a fair price & they got them here quick.

I had a problem, and when I id a CHAT with them, they resolved the problm in only a minute and made sure I was totally satisfied.
I couldn't ask for a better experience!

I wasn't sure what rating would be appropriate. I ordered a replacement battery for my twenty year old electric mower. It came as two 6-volt batteries, which I expected as the mower was long since discontinued by the manufacturer. But instead of already being hooked together with a cable connecting the two to make the equivalent of one 12-volt battery, the two batteries were neither joined physically, nor connected by a cable, so I had to use duct tape to tie the two together and copper wire to jerry-rig an electrical connection between the two batteries. The result works, so just irritating that I had to do the work I expected would be done in their shop.
