Unfortunate turn of metals
I bought four bracelets for Christmas gifts and they have already turned and look horrible. Over half of the gold on the beads on the bracelets have worn off with everyday use. Unfortunately these were gifts for my daughters and now they can no longer wear and it’s only been a month an a half.
Terrible customer service
If I could give a minus I would. I ordered a custom Disney headband after Thanksgiving. It is so top heavy. It falls off if you move your head. I contacted customer service right away. 3 months and absolutely nothing has happened. Do not buy from them. Their customer service is terrible.
Customer service/returns
I’m from Canada and I ordered an item for my daughter. But I was struggling to get it back over the border to return it. She received two of the items.
BaubleBar was absolutely amazing to deal with. Their customer service was fantastic. They took care of me so well and also refunded my order.

I ordered 2 (expensive!) totes that I chose to personalize. When i placed my order, I immediately realized that I had made a mistake with one of them. I IMMEDIATELY (within one minute of order confirmation) realized this mistake. I reached out via email (my only option, I could not call…) to ask for a correction to my order. I received confirmation that my email request had been received and to “please not send additional messages” in order to not complicate matters.
I waited for a response which I did not receive. I checked email a few times afterward to make sure I hadn’t missed anything.
I assumed that they had corrected my order and would make it right.
I just received my order and it is the original incorrect personalization.
I immediately reached out to customer service asking for a solution and they basically said tough luck- no returns -exchanges refunds/ changes you’re out of luck.
I explained my situation and was told, so sorry-not sorry.

Long delivery times
If you order anything customized, do not expect it to be shipped in 5-7 days; expect 2 weeks later, and then expect it to arrive another two weeks after it has been shipped. Super disappointed in the lack of communication in how long items will actually take to arrive if I knew I would’ve never bought this product.

Very poor customer service. They will not offer returns on certain products. I wanted to exchange an item due to a bad fit, but they refused.

Ordered a custom ring and it was delivered damaged. I emailed the Customer Service team and within minutes, I received a reply back wanting to help and make it right. Chani was wonderful to work with and I appreciate the quick replies and easy communication.

Very happy with customer service
I mistakenly ordered a necklace with the wrong options. I emailed through their Help link asking if they could change the order since I reached out witin a half hour of placing the order. They got right back to me (on a Saturday night) and said, while they could not modify an order, they did cancel it and immediately gave me a refund.
Very happy with their fast and personal response. Because of the day and time, I did not expect to hear from them until Monday, so pleasantly surprised. This shows me they're a company I will happily do business with again

Broken Necklace 2x
My friend ordered a necklace from Baublebar for me as a gift. As I was attempting to put it on, it broke in my hands. I emailed the company and they gladly reimbursed me. The company is quite easy to work with, which is a plus. However, when I received a new necklace I was able to wear it for about an hour before it broke. I have to admit, I am not very impressed with the quality. I am grateful for the customer service, but I would watch out for "cheap" quality.
Buyer Beware- some jewelry rusts immediately
Buyer Beware- I bought my granddaughter, a personalized necklace and a personalized bracelet with her name on it. These were Christmas gifts for 2025. Within one week of wearing they were showing signs of pink rust. When she contacted Baublebar, they told her there was nothing they could do to help her.
Gold varies, off center stones, incorrect order
Ordered 8 necklaces and 3 bracelets the first week of December, finally received the last of my order on Dec 29. I missed holiday gifting. The birthstones were incorrect to what i ordered. I ended up having to give a ruby bracelet and a garnet necklace together since that is what as sent and i needed a gift for my niece. The stones were glued in off center and look very cheap. The 14k gold of a birthstone necklace was different than the gold color of the initial necklace. So those can’t be worn together. The bracelet was very small but thankfully i gifted to a teen. I wouldn’t order again. Glad i got sale prices 75% off. The pieces do not look like mid range fashion jewelry like Kendra Scott which is what I thought it would be.
Great products & customer service
Great products, and amazing customer service. Any time I have reached out with an issue they have been responsive and provided a reasonable solution. Most recently Amelia was super helpful when a product did not ship on time. Have ordered many times and will continue to be a customer!
Christmas Gift Stolen but Replaced and Refunded
I ordered a gift for Christmas that was picked up by someone else who, sadly but not surprisingly, kept it. I reordered to ensure I received it by Christmas, and I also requested a refund. The new order arrived in time, and the company refunded my first order after a relatively simple process. My great-niece loved the gift, and I will keep BaubleBar in mind for my other little ones.

I highly recommend Bauble Bar and so does Scarlett Johansson by the way that’s how I initially found out about it. The products are exceptional quality, and a great price point but it’s really the concierge service that goes out of their way to help you, Kara my concierge needs a raise and a promotion because she totally facilitated a return that was extremely complicated and she made it right. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll feel like 1 million bucks.
I ordered 3 rings on 12/1
I ordered 3 rings on 12/1, 2 of them were custom rings supposed to ship 12/22. I received the Astra Star ring and the stones were falling out within a week. The ring itself is tarnished beyond being able to wear it so I reached out to them and they sent me another but it was the wrong size. I emailed them and they offered me a refund. My other rings got cancelled and refunded on 12/31 after no communication. Glad I didn’t receive them though at this point knowing the quality would’ve just been trash.
Phone case
I placed an order December 2nd, 2025. In checking with tracking as to date (dec. 25, 2025). It has yet to reach the shipping department. I dont understand why it takes so long to ship a phone case. And to make matters worse. No comminucations from them on why my item hasn't been shipped. Never ever buy from this company.
