I received 3 different bracelets as a gift, 2 of which were birthstone bracelets and unfortunately one immediately started tarnishing within the first day I wore it. I contacted Bauble Bar and Tiffany was super friendly, helpful, and efficient with getting me a replacement free of charge, and was able to do so without sending information to the person who gifted it to me. My other bracelets have held up well!

$244 on 4 bad quality items wasted
although i spent $244 on 4 items that were sooo pretty, the quality was not at all what i was expecting especially for the price point so based on this first and last experience, i will not be a returning customer and even wish i could get my money back. the best i can describe the quality would be as good as Shein jewelry and if this review helps you save your money then im totally fine with that

There was a broken clasp on an item I ordered. It was so easy to fill out the refund/exchange form and have a replacement sent out to me! I was very pleasantly surprised at how helpful the website and the customer service staff were. The whole process, including a confirmation of my new item order took no more than five minutes. And I got a follow-up email afterwards!

I bought my 4 year old niece a set of bracelets. They broke after an hour. She lives in a different state and by the time I got them back from her mom in the mail, the window to return the item had past. An hour. For $15. Will never buy anything from them ever again. Quality is junk.

A piece of my jewelry broke before I could even wear it, and Morgan at Baublebar could not have handled it better! I emailed customer service and heard back from Morgan within an hour. She immediately reordered the broken item at no cost to me, and was extremely clear, kind, and efficient. It's inevitable that things like this will happen, and Morgan at Baublebar sets the standard for how a company should respond. I could not have asked for a better outcome!

I had originally cancelled the order and was told it was cancelled and I was refunded - but then I got the jewelry! I reached out to customer care and Andrea was wonderful helping me sort things out. I ended up keeping the jewelry and she helped me with that as well - always polite and quick to respond. I would give five stars but they did ship what they said was cancelled and while the jewelry is very pretty I am not thrilled with the clasps. They feel a bit inexpensive. I do like them tho, so kept them. Great customer service by Andrea!!!!

I purchased custom Mickey ears that my grand daughter designed in July 6th. Two weeks later nothing… I send bauble a message x2, the first customer care person At least gave me some hope that I would get a shipping confirmation by July 22. The second one said I will not get a shipping confirmation until the end of the week. This translates that my granddaughter will be let down. The shipping information should be more specific.
