They went out of their way to make sure that I ordered the correct labels since I was a new customer. Thankfully they did because I the original labels were incorrect. Fast shipping as well! Definitely will order from them again.

I placed an order and received a phone call shortly after to clarify if the labels I had ordered would work for me. Thankfully she called because I did order the wrong labels and the person that helped me was able to explain to me what labels would work best for what I needed and updated my order. Not many companies do this and I am very appreciative that they did!

i have ordered baytech for years
i have ordered baytech for years. not the cheapest dymo label but they stick....and missing stickers in shipping are problems. just ordered the void when peeled at $90 roll and it is interesting and works nice. reliable and good company.
