I am not happy at all with these…
I am not happy at all with these rattail tags. The rattail part is very sticky, and it shouldn't be. They stick to everything we try to thread them through, and they are essentially useless for us. Great customer service, not a good product.

Bay Tech Label is a Joy to work with! Not only do they have an immense selection but their customer service is impeccable! I placed an order for label's I had ordered in the past. A customer service rep took the time to review my account and saw I had returned those in the past and ordered a different label. Shortly after I placed my order, Laura called me and let me know this happened and asked which one I needed. Saving both of us time and money. Can't speak any better about this company and their customer service!
