Problem with control knobs on Weber BBQ
Recently had a problem with the control knobs on my Weber S670. I had swapped numerous emails with Weber customer services and was getting nowhere. I then contacted BBQ Barn, who I bought the BBQ from, and they immediately acknowledged my request and within an hour had contacted Weber who then immediately contacted me to sort the problem. Superb service - can't speak highly enough about my experience with BBQ and would highly recommend.

My intention was to use our local BBQ…
My intention was to use our local BBQ supplier, we are extremely impressed, firstly there was no sales pressure, they had the model in stock that I seen earlier, after talking to Paul he asked us what we like to cook, the model I was going for wouldn’t be easily achievable (beer can chicken)
We had a small issue with the gas, I got the wrong type from a local garage, we made an out of hours call, not really expecting an answer, but was told what we needed & Homebase had Butane in stock.
All in all a very good service, highly recommend this company.

Fabulous shop
Faye and her staff were amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. She pointed us in the right direction and we are thrilled with our Broil King Bbq.
We travelled hour and half to visit the shop and they have the best selection in the south east.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable. Excellent range of products including rubs and marinades. We bought a BBQ which we are very pleased with. Delivery was quick and after sales second to none. Have been back to buy more rubs - so much choice!

The customer service at the store was fantastic. The lady was very very helpful helping us make a decision on which BBQ we wanted with no pressure at all. Delivery was very quick also a very pleasant and helpful driver. In a word FANTASTIC!

The people working there were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, but did try to push us into buying (though we did, and are very happy with our bbq).

Staff very welcoming and knowledgable
Staff very welcoming and knowledgable. A Kamado style BBQ is quite an investment and you want to make sure you get the one that fits your needs, as there is so much choice. We are delighted with our Kamado and use it regularly. It cooks poultry and meat so well, unbelievably tender and moist. Might even do the Christmas Turkey on it this year!
