My issue is that you charge for back ordered items when order is placed. Most places charge your card when the item ships.

Great experience
Great experience, only thing that could be improved is the shipping process. The carrier kept calling after delivery saying they needed to deliver it. Also it took a while for it to be delivered and the Shopify app or whatever does not let you see progress so I had to call in several times.

Superior customer service. The part i needed was on back order, plus not generally shipped to the United States. Not only did you find a way to ship to my house, but you also special ordered the part I needed. When I called once for an update on the backorder item, customer service could have not been more helpful. I so appreciate your company and staff!

My only complaint is that it took 3 months to get a simple grill grate. Somebody could have manufactured that in quicker time. Other than that the product is great.

Ordered a $1500 Napoleon grill that was…
Ordered a $1500 Napoleon grill that was missing a very important part. I was told that they would get me the part that should have been with the grill. Now no responses back and no part for my new grill. The part is the battery box that controls igniters and leds. Updated- I finally received the battery box ironically a day after I received an aftermarket one I ordered.

Customer service is terrible. Item showed in stock then backordered which is understandable so I cancelled the order with a confirmation of receipt from BBQgrills. 2 months later the order ships and I can't get them to return my correspondence nor information on returning the item.

When I had a question about assembling my grill they said oh we don't have anything to do with that we just sell you a grill very put off for a grill that cost premium price.
Not worth the price. Cheaply made bottom half including the doors.

Parts were not in BVQ Grills inventory
Parts were not in BVQ Grills inventory. I had to wait 3 weeks for grill knobs. When they were shipped, there was no tracking number for the shipment.
