The time and delivery were excellent. The parts sent in good packaging. The only issue I had was that the drip pan had changed from the original one I had for my Napoleon Mirage 485 grill. This was not represented clearly enough with pictures and dimensions on the description of the correct part number. This required me to modify my built-in grill underneath to allow for the deeper pan and provide for a better grease catching mechanism. Basically it fit in width an connection but to make room for the deeper pan I had to remove some brick and mortar.

All parts are now installed and making us happy.

Good Service. Even thought the items I purchased were back ordered, they arrived quickly.

I had an awful experience and I did not get the correct order.

I was looking for a specific part for my Napoleon Grill and you guys were the only ones to have it. Even the dealer from where it was purchased couldn't get it.

Hidden fees on shipping, which is false advertising and not mentioned in shipping policy. Returns are a subject to 35% restocking fees, unless you reorder.

I got a call from manager Nick. He promised to review shipping policy and make sure it is transparent and has no hidden fees/surcharges. He is also reviewing policy towards restocking fees. I’m happy to see right actions are being taken.
May use in the future again.

My experience was good, product delivered ontime.

I've made a couple of different purchases of various parts from BBQsGrills.com to refurbish my old Napoleon PT308 grill, thus saving a lot of money compared to replacing it. Got new burners, temperature gauge, drip pan, and more. Anyone who owns one of these grills knows that only a few vendors of spare parts for them exist, so it can be hard to find the right parts. BBQsGrills has the right parts, they fit properly, and they've shipped them to me as promised. The only downside to buying from these folks is the relatively high shipping charges. But it is worth it, to get the right parts from a reliable vendor.

I ordered a stainless steel drip pan for a Napoleon Propane Grill, The original was rusted out, was'nt stainless. Package was exceptionally well wrapped and protected to prevent any shipping damage. Installed it, fits great, definitely a pleasant shopping experience, I will be buying other grilling parts again from this company. I live in Connecticut & had called my American Distributor for Napoleon Grills. Talked to 2 different people in their office, was told their salesman was involved with another customer & will call back. Never called. They are located 10 miles from where I live. I'll be buying from Canada's BBQSGRILLS.

Great quality product, received ahead of time, can’t wait to bbq some baby backs, pork tender loins, lamb chops, etc. we like rotisserie, low and slow with even cooking plus still can smoke off the side.

When I purchased the item they said it was in stock. After I paid it took 2 months to receive my bbq cover because it was out of stock and they wouldn’t cancel my order and refund me my money
