I was kept informed throughout, I even had a message reminding me the night before they were due to install my new cloakroom. They arrived when they said, were professional but friendly. They respected my property. Will definitely use them again and have recommended them to others.

Bathroom Renovation
BCA Plumbing & Heating was recommended to us by a friend who had used them previously. From the first meeting to discuss our requirements for the bathroom to the end of the project we were consulted to ensure the work was proceeding to our satisfaction. We liked the fact that specific trades undertook the work relevant to their experience as opposed to one person trying to do everything.
Thank you to Ben and all the trades people involved in delivering us a lovely bathroom.

Ben visited the property, to put a thermostat on boiler.
Ben was very polite and efficient, he also came when he said he would.
Ben also showed me how the thermostat worked.

Reliable and very professional
BCA plumbing are always reliable and professional! Have had them do a few jobs for us now and would not call anyone else. Call you back, come when they say they will and do a great job. Would recommend them highly! Definitely 5 stars!

Thermostat on my shower was stuck and…
Thermostat on my shower was stuck and the water scolding hot - BCA validated issue, ordered part after sharing the price and arranged to fit replacement part.
Area left clean and tidy.
All working beautifully.
