From the minute the companies young man entered our house ( James) he could not have been more courteous, efficient and polite.Carried out his work to the service we have come to expect from this company and , James continues to deliver the same on their behalf ( a credit to him and them). Highly recommend them for all boiler, central heating or plumbing needs.Service was A1 as expected and booking process was as easy as abc and kept well informed of arrival time etc, deal with again no problem

Boiler repair
I contacted RCA when our boiler stopped working.
An engineer came to the house very promptly. He identified the problem, explained what had gone wrong and was able to fix it and get our boiler working again.
The service was excellent.

I have an old central heating system
I have an old central heating system . Chase came out very quickly and made it clear he wouldn’t waste my time if he didn’t think it would be fixable. Luckily he had it up and running in just over an hour. Great job.

I can't recommend RCA Plumbing & Heating highly enough!
We asked for a quote to replace our boiler and to upgrade some of our radiators - Ryan came out and listened to what we wanted, made some recommendations as to which radiators would work better for us, and gave us a quote which included two different options of boiler, and information to help us choose which one we would prefer.
Once we chose the boiler we wanted and accepted the quote, an installation date was decided upon and the work went ahead.
Chase and Craig handled the installation, and they were cheerful and friendly and were happy to explain the process and anything I had questions about. They were very efficient and very tidy, and when the installation was complete, Chase made sure I had all the paperwork relating to the installation, and talked me through how to work the boiler and the controller.
I also received a follow-up phone call from Ryan a couple of days after the installation to check everything was going well, which was a very nice touch.
I will definitely be using RCA to maintain and service the boiler, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing or heating work or advice.

Old shower (20 year) outlet fitting
Have used RCA several times and have never been disappointed. Had a problem with a shower outlet, the outlet was 20years old and the worry was finding a replacement. James sourced a replacement and had it ordered and replaced within the week. Courteous and concerned to get task completed, would recommend them every time
