Recently contacted RCA Plumbing & Heating and spoke with the manager, Ryan, regarding some concerns I had about my boiler. Ryan was professional. He was able to arrange a visit within 48 hours, which was greatly appreciated.
The engineer carried out a full boiler service to a very high standard and explained everything clearly. The service was efficient, thorough, and completed with great attention to detail.

Excellent service from James
Excellent service from James, sorted out the flush on our cistern. Was very pleasant and professional. Arrived when he said he with the repair but RCA Plumbing were quick to react and resolved the issue. I wouldn't hesitate to use this local company again. In fact I have a couple of other jobs in mind that I will be calling them about.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Service engineer was punctual and explained what he was doing and how to save money by reducing the boiler output. The service in lead up to appointment and follow up was also excellent.

Good Emergency Response
We had an emergency. Our hot water had gone off and our hive was malfunctioning. Ryan did a video check to save unecessary call out then on triage suggested we go straight to an electrician which he helped us access. The electrician identified there was a leak that had short circuited the hot water electrical and in sync with RCA a heating engineer the problem was fixed shortly after, all on a Friday afternoon.

Excellent Heat Pump Installation
I recently used RCA for a heat pump installation and multiple radiator replacements at my home and couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Ryan and the team. From the initial survey, throughout the installation and at commissioning the quality of work and communication was fantastic. Amazing Service from RCA!
RCA are amazing! Alisha was my first contact when phoning and she was helpful, knowledgeable and put me at ease, while ensuring I was put on to the right people to sorty issue. Ryan (engineer) reviewed the pictures of my issue and quickly arranged the right person for the job. Chase came to the house and was able to sort the cistern with ease! He was professional, onowledgeable and helpful at all times, giving me the right advice. He made everything seem minor and reassured me throughout the whole process.
